Hi there, After reading on my news feed recently about a lady who suffers from migraine for up to six weeks at a time, I felt moved to write to the Migraine Trust, in the hope that sharing my own remedies and the preventative actions I have taken to avoid migraine myself, might help her and possibly

Someone on here had a List of supplements and I X’d out of it on accident. Can someone help me find it again?
The first recommendation was NALT, then I think l-tryptophan, melatonin and
flaxseed
oil
. It was after that that I lost the page.

Can anyone recommend essential oils for depression, sleep difficulty and /or pain?
My wife has problems with depression and sometimes sleep difficulty and is taking medicine (she has thyroid problems as well). In addition to this, sometimes I massage her with natural hemp seed oil, which she found to be useful even for any aches and pain. However, I am finding it difficult to find

Just an update on how hubby is doing. He is feeling better than he has been for years! Something seems to have had a positive effect and he is positively energetic and laughing and talking and back to helping with housework, and joining in with the family. Don't lose heart - you'll come through
Meant to write this for ages. This forum really helped 3-4 years ago when I got VERY ill & low, lost my job & livelihood, fell out with my family & became very unstable. I'm still on a low dose of carbimazole & still not back to pre-illness energy levels but thankfully I am SOOO much better! Bizarre

Please Advice
Because of spine injury that occurred 35 years ago, my Dexa Scan indicates that (the spine) L2 is 3.2, L3 is 3.1, L4 is 3.6. My Endocrinologist has prescribed Prolia and am reminded to take this drug each time I visit him. I have hesitated taking this for many years and recently started an exercise

Trying turmeric and fish oil as anti-inflammatory
I experimented for over a month with a high amount of turmeric and fish oil to try and lessen the inflammatory load in my system and hopefully to get a little more pain relief.. I was also taking 'relief factor' as seen on tv. I also cleaned up my diet and cut out foods that cause inflammation and added

Hubby has been taking rhodiola now for a month, 1 per day for 2 weeks then 2 per day. He is doing very well this winter considering usually winter is when he falls to pieces. He is better than he has been for 5 winters! He is laughing, proactively doing things, and is interested in things. The rhodiola
