Calming Methods

Hey everyone!

I hope everybody is doing alright. I was just wondering if anybody has any tips for calming yourself down in public whenever you feel like doing a compulsion? I have been trying essential oils, but I was just wondering what other tricks people might have?

Thanks so much!

I don't have compulsory ticks or what not I was told I have pure o which is constant intrusive thought and just ruminating on them but something that works for me when I start to have them is putting in headphones and listening to gyoto monk chanting with my eyes closed

I usually just drink some water and focus on my breath. Sometimes I put a little cold water on the back of my neck as it brings my focus back to my body
