What day to start stims?
I’m sure this question has been asked many times so I apologise. Just wondering on a short protocol (max dose) what day of cycle did you start? I have to go in for bloods and scan the day after my period arrives but they only do bloods on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I want to have FSH and scan day

Improving chances for FET transfer over 40
Hi, I'm new to this forum and have been really moved by alot of the posts and the support voiced out there. I have huge respect for the grit and determination of so many amazing women! I'm 45 trying with FET. I did not meet my partner until I was 40, got pregnant naturally not long after, had a miscarriage

Glans scars, are they always permanent?
I have two marks/scars on my penis glans/head from applying apple cider vinegar to spots I thought where problems but the dermatologist says they are normal. The vinegar caused a couple of slight marks/scars. One is has a slight border/outline around it and is what the dermatologist says is hypopigmentation

Title says it all. Sometimes I actually can’t believe that I’m 34 years old and going through menopause. Mental. In hindsight I can see that I’d had symptoms for years but the most important clue, irregular periods, didn’t come until much later, by which point my AMH was already 0.1 and it was already

Not keen on aspirin? Here's what Nutritional Therapist with a PhD in oncology is offering me...
Hi all I have a history of gastritis, so I'm not keen on what pubmed and other places say about lifetime aspirin. Here's what my Nutritional Therapist (with a PhD in Oncology) says (for me at least). Be aware this is as part of an entire approach to natural health, not just popping a pill, and everyone's

Severe Breast Pain advice
For the last two years I've had almost constant severe breast pain particularly in my left breast. I've been to the breast clinic three times and seen a consultant who tells me it's hormonal and there's not much they can do. I've also seen my gp numerous times and all they ever do is refer me to the

Experience with DHEA
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light of their experience using DHEA please. I’ve had two failed cycles of IUI, then had my AMH done and discovered it was very low at 2.1 (I’m 34yrs). Previous to starting treatment (12 months ago) I found out my FSH was 10.1. As this was high I started

Vitamins in soft gel alternatives - taking a separate oil capsulue
I have noticed that it is suggested that as Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are fat soluble vitamins then the soft gel version might be a preferable. I have tablet versions and was wondering if taking an Evening Primrose Oil capsule with them would help especially when a fatty meal is not available.

Never ending insomnia please help!
I have been struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, and overall quality of sleep for years. I can’t seem to find a medication or supplement that works well for me. I have tried melatonin (nightmares), valerian root (too many giant bad smelling capsules to take in order for it to work), magnesium
