I was gathering information about T4, T3 and thyroid in general, when I came across a page on the BTF site that says treating hypothyroidism with T3 is NOT recommended and that treating it with T4 alone has better results. Morning - I'm 6 + 1 weeks and I've used Natural Cycles for years to track my cycle, and since ovulation my temperature went from 36.3-5 to consistently hovering around 36.9. However I measured my temperature Monday and this morning, and it's dropped to 36.7 (have attached a screenshot of my graph).

I’ve just tested while taking 135mcg T4 and 6.25mcg of T3. Since testing I have come off the T3 due to various issues. I was wondering whether my T4 level would go up or down when not on T3 anymore? My T4 was right at the top of the range while taking the 6.25 T3 but now that I’m off it will more T4

I have been taking liquid levothyroxine 5ml once a day , also 10mg of T3. I have run out of T3 for a couple of days, would someone say how much more thyroxine , I would need to take please?
