I've been taking teva for a couple of years, no issues except when first taking, but ok afterwards. My question is have the ingredients altered? The packaging has changed,I'm feeling symptomatic at times, but may need to tweak t4 or t3 will give bloods soon.

The latest Patient Information Leaflet available on the MHRA's website site is dated 01/2023.
This search will find them - and many others!

These are supposed to be the latest versions. Hence, any change in formulation would have happened over a year ago. (It is always possible that a PIL is put in the site a little ahead of the product becoming available.)
Also, any formal change in ingredients should be reflected by the packaging being emblazoned "New Formulation" as happened with Teva in 2016.
However, it is always possible that there has been something like a change of supplier of one of the ingredients and, though meant to be virtually identical, it is not.
Or the actual product you have received could be defective.
I urge everyone to put in Yellow Card reports if they have issues with any medicine. (If you are not in the UK, follow the procedures for wherever you are.)
These reports are our ONLY way of putting in ‘negative reviews’!
This is a general post which explains a bit more.
