What i have to do after transfer

Hello, I had my 3rd cycle on 6/28 after a failed return cycle last month. I feel that it did not work. I did a home pregnancy test. In addition, there are no symptoms of nausea or pregnancy. Tomorrow I will do a digital analysis. Do you expect that traveling by plane if touched for a long time will fail, note? This is my sixth or seventh rewind, or I do not take enough time to rest after the rewind, as I go up twice a day and go to work in the office.

Hi Sarra, I'm sorry you haven't had success yet.

My clinic say to rest on the day of transfer but then I'm ok to carry on as normal. My clinic is in Spain so I had to fly home and going on a plane is fine. Working in an office is also fine, but if it's a stressful job it might be good to take a few days off or try to do something to reduce the stress.

Also my clinic say no strenuous exercise like running or aerobics.

This time I had my transfer on a Monday, stayed in Spain until Wednesday, and then I've also had Thursday and Friday off work to rest. I don't know if it'll make any difference but I definitely feel relaxed, which is good!

thanks for your reply and i hope that your transfer will success a feel it is better to have more rest because before this time i made transfer in my country and i didnt travel and styed at home resting for 3 days then i have positive test but unfortunately didnt continued so have agood rest and i hope you will have a healthy baby🤗🤗
