Blood flow through liver
Hello all I had a ultrasound just over a month ago but got results today showing a
fatty
liver
and slow or low blood through my liver the nurse practitioner giving me my results could give me no reason as to why as by all accounts scarring wasn't seen only fat deposits.

This is after yesterday’s fun scan which showed I now have a
fatty
liver
, most likely because of the drug regime I am currently on. So, don’t feel I can take any ibuprofen now either. Feeling v low. Left a message on the helpline yesterday but haven’t heard back yet.

Confused and seeking clarification
In summary . . . a US in September 2021 showed increased parenchymal echogenicity (PE) due to
fatty
liver
. Follow up bloods and a CT in April 2022 revealed nothing further. I then had a telephone consultation before being discharged back to my GP in January 2023 as letter herewith.

Fatty pancreas and liver
The US also saw lipomatosis on my pancreas (
fatty
pancreas) and also
fatty
liver
. I went to see a consultant who isnt convinced my pain is caused by my GB and I am now awaiting a CT scan of the pancreas with contrast. I am worried sick. I'm just wondering if anyone else has dealt with similar?

Liver enzymes & blood test results
Doctor told me I have severe
fatty
liver
but they are not sure if there is any liver stiffness. I am afraid that I might have cirrhosis because I have itching symptom mostly in the evening and I can see cluster of veins in the upper back side of my legs. I am waiting for a fibro scan date.

Newly diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty Liver disease.
It's moderate but need help. I have Hashimotos also. I'm lacking energy and the discipline to exercise. My life is chaotic as I'm sleeping a lot. I find myself never having the ability, strength and time to go to the gym etc. I need support and help with this! Many thanks

F3 Fibrosis Regression
My ultrasound showed moderate
fatty
liver
and my fibroscan was F3. This was the news that made me do my research and this radical intervention since Jan 24. My Drs advice was to go on a low sodium and low sugar diet and not a drop of alchohol.

Elevated ELF but 'normal' Fibroscan pressure - how?
Hi All: I'm a 50-something male with a
fatty
liver
. Recently I was given an ELF test and it returned a result at the lowest end of the 'severe fibrosis' range. A follow-up Fibroscan gave a reading in the upper normal range for liver stiffness. How can the disparity be explained?

Sick with worry .. gamma GGT level 159 and ALT 62
I’ve been diagnosed with
fatty
liver
disease before. Do these results indicate things have got worse? My ALT last May was 99 so it’s come down. But the GGT is what is freaking me out. I’m a mum and an anxious one at that.

Arrhythmias and liver GGT
I have a diagnosed exercise induced flutter and looking through my recent and past blood panels one thing always off the charts was my
liver
GGT levels. This I knew, from non alcoholic
fatty
liver
(confirmed by ultrasound).

PBC or fatty liver
Does this sound like
fatty
liver
or PBC? I was diagnosed 9 years ago with mild
fatty
liver
. They were checking for PBC because I had a ama m2 of 69 and a mildly elevated Alt. I lost weight and my Alt came down. US showed an enlarged
liver
and biopsy showed only mild
fatty
liver
.
