I am not a doctor but from what I know your numbers are fine. Just improve your diet and stop drinking and anything bad should stop. The only number that is a bit out of range is the ALP, but if you keep not drinking it probably should go down (remember to watch your diet too). Remember, doctors treat the patient, not the blood test. Please stop stressing out. Again, I repeat, I am NOT a doctor or any kind of medical person so feel free to ignore (but I am confident I am correct in what I wrote).
The Mayo Clinic, a very respected hospital in the USA has a good explanation and the "safe" ranges and as far as I can tell you are fine in all numbers except for the small amount above the norm in ALP (which does not have to be liver related, it could be from a bone issue, or simply from what you ate the day before the test - for example a fatty meanl will boost the numbers up).

hi well done for staying sober! I know how hard it is getting over my addition nearly took my life, I also have been sober 1 year to this day. At beginning of year they said I had 2 weeks to live, had everything Decompensated liver, pancreatitis, and damange to spleen, massive heamatomas, HE had to be drained ect. Some I made it through but said I needed a transplant but I was too ill to go through with it, then I turned a corner and they said I was too well! So now I’ve been referred to a transplant clinic as even though I’m getting better, I could still fall into liver failure quickly, so they keep a close eye on me now. Theses are the bloods I keep track of listed (results this month:
Bilirubin 26. ALT 10. ALP 102. Albumin. 32. Sodium.138. . Urea 8.5
Apparently all bloods are deranged a bit (well they would be, no surprise there) but are stable. They were so much worse beginning of the year. I have a lot of cyst’s on liver but again as expected no causing any problems. But I have a very dark patch on my liver, and the consaltant doesn’t know what that is yet ( could be just a cluster or worse case cancer) so he’s doing another scan in Feb to see if the patch has grown.
The only issues I have at the moment that really effects my daily living is swelling and Fatigue. I’m on thiamine, Rimfaximin, spirolactone, and propanlol (as I also have varices and can bleed out.
Anyway I hope that helps try not worry to much over Xmas and just keep going, you will get there
You should count yourself as lucky that your Fibroscan kpa is only 9. I don't know what caused your liver concerns but that number should land you in the non-cirrhotic, non-advanced stage no matter the etiology. If your platelets are 132 x 10 to the 9th power (not sure how this translates to lakhs), then you are slightly below what is viewed as normal. That's not too bad.
You should search this site for a Fibroscan chart posted by Katie Ayshire to get a better sense of how to interpret your Fibroscan score. Good luck to you.
