Liver enzymes & blood test results

Hi, firstly thank you all for replying to my previous posts. Your replies were very helpful. I have got my blood test results. They are normal apart of borderline diabetes. It's 44mmol. My Alt and ast is 28 and FBC is 329. I am not sure what this means? My BMI falls in obese category. Doctor told me I have severe fatty liver but they are not sure if there is any liver stiffness. I am afraid that I might have cirrhosis because I have itching symptom mostly in the evening and I can see cluster of veins in the upper back side of my legs. I am waiting for a fibro scan date. Any guidance would be helpful🙏

hello, my cap score was 340 and I had severe fatty liver too.fibroscan showed no stiffness. Try to stay as calm as possible.panic or tension does not help the situation at all.as long as your liver enzymes are good nothing gonna effect you.cirrhosis has many symptoms.i don’t think so you have entered cirrhosis stage.my docter suggested me salgotazer tablet that reduces cholesterol levels and maintains good lipid profile.its working on me and all my liver enzymes came back to normal.make sure you do good exercise every day.this helps you a lot.

Hi Kishore12, thanks for replying. I am indian vegetarian person. Struggling alot with diet. I am using just one tea spoon of salt & olive oil as daily intake. No dairy accept fat free yougurt less than 100gm a day. Please let me know if NHS has helped you with a dietician?

any other symptoms? I am having all sorts of strange liver symptoms, my GGT LFT was extremely high ,

No, nothing else. Just sore knees may because of excessive excessive and walking
