I never knew the pill could make me feel so ill!
Hi folks, has anyone had a similar experience to mine? I had endo removed during laparoscopy in March, and the next two periods were dreadful. However, inbetween them I felt really well. I then was put on Rigevidon and told to run three packs back to back. By the middle of the second pack I was bleeding

Periods on mini pill
Hi, I was put on the Desogestrel pill over a month ago now and I’ve been on my period 2 times since being on it. Is this normal? The nurse said I wouldn’t have my periods?

Getting off birth control pills
I started birth control pills (0,15/0,03 mg
desogestrel
/
ethinylestradiol
) for contraceptive reasons only this winter. I didn’t get any side effects while taking it, but my mom is very worried about high blood pressure risks. So I decided to quite after 8 months of taking it.

Coil, implant or Depo injection with Hashimotos, Underactive suggestions please
Has anybody found either of the above works ok with Hashimotos and underactive thyroid? I’m really struggling with heavy periods and bad pms my Gp has suggested the Coil and I am worried about having it in. As I have Underactive thyroid, Hashimotos and Sjogrens disease I can’t seem to tolerate some

Coil, Depo or Implant advice
Has anybody found either of these better than another? I’m really struggling with heavy periods and bad pms my Gp has suggested the Coil and I am worried about having it in. I have Underactive thyroid, Hashimotos and Sjogrens disease, so I can’t tolerate some of the previously tried contraceptives

Are there any 100/20 Levonorgestrel/Ethinylestradiol contraception pills in the UK?
Hello, I'm looking for a contraception pill that contains 100 mg Levonorgestrel and 20 mg Ethinylestradiol that's available in the UK but unfortunately have not been able to find one yet. I'm in Germany at the moment and am using a pill called microgynon 20. I'm moving to the UK soon but when googling

Desogestrel pill- long bleeding
Hey, so I started the desogestrel pill, on the 3rd day of my last cycle, 3 1/2 weeks ago. A little background info I’m 18 and have always had really irregular periods being 4 or more months apart, that last a week and can be fairly heavy. So after taking the desogestrel pill I had some of the usual

Mini Pill
Hi all. I have swapped from Microgygnon to Desogestrel. I have been on it for a month, trying not to get my hopes up but I have had no pain at all since swapping. Whereas before I definitely wouldn’t go a month without agonising symptoms. I had a period when I first swapped over but nothing since

Desogestrel
Just had my first consultation and have swapped from microgygnon to desogestrel. Been told to try this for 4 months and if it doesn’t help the next step would be the key hole surgery. Anyone had experience on this tablet? Did it stop periods completely? UPDATE : swapped to this pill. I’m now currently

Really worried.
I've posted before regarding being on desogestrel. I've been on them since December, I've been having normal periods, but I got given them to stop bleeding, however I've stuck with it and I started bleeding on the 12th of February, I'm still bleeding now. I'm a little worrier to be honest so I worry
