Has anyone tried progesterone cream after a hysterectomy?
As I think my endo has returned after my hysterectomy and my oestrogen levels are high, I was wondering if it’s worth trying natural progesterone cream to balance the oestrogen. Has anyone had any success with easing endo symptoms this way or am I wasting my time?

Hi there, had my 1st FET on 26 June, home tested yesterday and today and can see a line but only when holding up to the window or shining a torch through back of the stick. Questioning if this is a chemical or just a slow implanted. Blasto was a 4AB. Meds are 3x estrogen and 3x progesterone pessaries

Endo Appointment on Tuesday - latest results. Is this all in my head now?
Hi all Sorry for the long post but would really appreciate opinions on my latest blood test results before I meet my Endo on Tuesday. Private Endo, nice chap, recommended here - Oxford based. So, after feeling fed up with being treated as a hypochondriac, I now wonder if I have actually become one. I

I've lost all hope.
I am so fed up and at the end of my rope. I have been trying to get treatment for over five years now. There have been several GPs (due to the first one leaving the practice and Covid necessitating using who you are given). There have been several gynaecologists and scans. I get told one thing and

5dFET transfer with blood thinners
After a miscarriage post 5dT, I am in the 8th day of the 2 WW wait my 2nd try. The docs added blood thinners, immunosuppressant with low dose aspirin as they said it will help prevent miscarriage. I have 25ml progesterone injection daily and estrogen of total 8mg I’m trying to stay relaxed and be prepared

What happens in the gonads does not stay in the gonads
This is basic research for those interested in that kind of thing - if that's not you, just ignore. Short version - protein aggregates in nematode worm gonads set off a stress response that propagates throughout the organism, causing changes in mitochondrial function and potentially increasing protein

Struggling after failed FET
Hi everyone, Sorry to be a Debbie downer I just didn't know where else to turn. I am now 3 weeks after my BFN and I feel awful. I can't stop crying, I am so unbelievably anxious about being on my own (doesn't help with working from home and my other half is going on a stag do tomorrow until Sunday).

Can I get opinions on thyroid results please?
Hi all, I just wondered what people think about my thyroid results and whether I should actually be on thyroxine? Although I did have a trial of it a few years back and it made me feel very anxious! I have been told by the private endocrinologist that I have got autoimmune thyroiditis based on antibodies

What is your take on Soybean? 🧐🤔
Edamame has always been my favorite snack since I was little. I usually steam and sprinkle a little bit of sea salt. You may find edamame prepared the same way as appetizer when you go to a sushi restaurant. I found many health benefits from edamame but one thing I’m concerned is phytoestrogen or isoflavones

What should hormone levels be day of ovulation? Progesterone from blood test says I may have ovulated?
Hi ladies, Does anyone know what your hormone levels (lh, progesterone, oestrogen) should be day of ovulation? After 3 failed IVF attempts I’m trying ovulation induction. Daily 150 Gonal f. The nurses assured me that I would be monitored and they’d tell me when to have sex and when I was close to ovulating
