wondering if any of you ladies experienced dizziness at 9 weeks. I also keep feeling so sleepy and waking up spaced out. Don't like it and wondering if I need a Dr.
Thinking it may be the progesterone but not sure as have had it since before transfer. Although stopped estrogen now so could be the progesterone acting out. Concerned as have sleep apnea and worry about dozing off too much .

Hey Jolinkomo, welcome to the first trimester ! A lot of weird things will happen to you since you’re growing a baby. Dizziness and being exhausted is one. I had those symptoms and others like shortness of breadth and period pains. The exhaustion was so crazy that no amount of sleep gave me energy. I think dizzy spells come from blood being pumped to your little one. In any case it’s always good to double check with your Dr. Just in case. I’m now 14 weeks - it does get better. All the best !
It might also be circulation. Your body pumps blood faster while pregnant and it might not reach the brain. Go easy and sit down with your feet up whenever you feel it coming on. I passed out and almost passed out a few times because of it.
Tiredness and lightheaded Is common, especially if you have morning sickness, but I would get checked as I had low iron levels when this happened to me (was 2nd trimester though) hope you feel better soon xx
I am currently 12 weeks and have recently come off my meds. I feel a lot better, the nausea has stopped but I am always very tired. I think it will completely normal hun xxxx
