No bleed on Utrogestan

Hi all,

I am in my third/forth month of taking low dose HRT

1 pump daily oestrogen gel

200mg Utrogestran day 15- 26 of cycle.

For the first few months I received my normal periods on day 20/21 of my cycle. This month I have not bled at all and I am now 2 weeks over. My periods have always been 28 days and I was still regular before HRT.

If I had had my period, I should start taking the Utrogestan now and I’m not sure what to do?
