Why is it not standard to give some estradiol in addition to lupron?
Is there any downside? estradiol would be good against hotflash and also for bones.

24 h saliva results - comments please
I just got results back for my 24 saliva test ordered from Genova Diagnostics. I was treated last year with high doses of cortisone for autoimmune encephalitis and have been having strange symptoms since weaning off it; I suspected my cortisol levels to be lowish but the opposite turned out to be true

Lupron, aricept, estradiol?
Are folks combining an acetylcholinesterase with ADT (Lupron)? Is this being combined with transdermal or cream estradiol?

Ovaleap just before FET ?
Hello ladies, I am starting my second transfer after my failed 1st frozen embryo transfer. During my first transfer I was given estradiol to increase my endometrial thickness which worked great and I had my endometrial thickness of 11mm during my first FET. Since my 1st FET failed due to unknown reasons

How many of you are using tE2 as your only form of ADT?
Since we have over 10,000 men on this forum and just a few of you reply to transdermal estradiol posts, I really am curious as to how many are using this 'novel' (for lack of a better word) form of ADT exclusively? I for one and a few comrades that I have befriended here are having 'damn' good luck with

Decision Matrix Conundrum
So I completed IMRT to my left hemi-pelvis with boost to 2 nodes there that lit up on Ga-PSMA scan last October. Used adjuvant ADT with degarelix plus estradiol patches. Approximately 5-6 months until T levels recovered. Post RT my PSA fell by about half (.25 to .15 and staying there for 3 months now

Update: 25 months on transdermal estradiol (tE2) and counting.
Just received the results of my blood work drawn on 5/14/2020 and needless to say I am quite pleased. I am self medicating with E2 gel only and haven't seen a doctor since 7/2017. The ONLY side effect is gynecomastia (man boobs) which I don't perceive as a big deal. I apply an amount as pictured twice

Anyone thought about using estriol instead of estradiol?
Has anyone considered using
estriol
cream instead of estradiol? A summary as to why it looks interesting:
Estriol
agonizes ER-beta (ESR2) more than ER-alpha [1]. ER-beta agonism is associated with anti-proliferative effects in a variety of cancers [2]. Estradiol agonizes both about the same [1].

Question on Clearblue ovulation test
Hi I bought clearblue tests which are supposed to track estradiol and LH and it says on the package to test after your longest sleep. So I have tested every morning. The estradiol rise was caught by the test (flashing smile) but 10 days later, the LH was not caught (non flashing smile). In parallel

Stony Brook Estrogen Trial for COVID-19.
I recently mentioned that testosterone was an immunosuppressor & that there might be a COVID survival advantage for males with testosterone [T] below 350 ng/dL, say. But when T approaches zero, so does estradiol [E2], because E2 is created from T via the aromatase enzyme. (When E2 is less than ~12 pg

41 Perimenopause? Femoston. History of unusual fibroid- concerns. Help!
Sorry this is quite long as my history of issues is complex. I have been struggling with my health for 6 years (when I was 35) it started with fatigue and headaches then skin issues (tiny blisters on face and rashes on neck & forearms) then horrendous bloating, abdominal pain and finally crippling back
