Feeling soo weak

I'm 26 old years. Am already did laparoscopic surgery for 9cm ovarian cyst and 3rd stage of endometriosis. My uterus sticky with intestine. Now my problem is I'm feeling soo weak, daily abdominal pain, dark stool like. Black, loosing weight, started sleep 3am in night, some time bleeding during Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg)+ Desogestrel (0.15mg) ocp pill with abdominal pain, when I'm sleeping suddenly urgent to pass urine but not came urine, slowly coming started abdominal then came bleeding. I'm on back to back ocp pill for 42 days using for 2 years. I'm weared XS size in age of 15 still I'm using XS ( extra small) size now age of 26. I'm not take healthy diet now due to my family problem and lockdown. What is the name of this diseases?. I'm did not taken morning breakfast from my birth. But after surgery im trying to take.my worried is I didn't learn 1 doller in my young age. My body condition getting worsening again and again. Please clarify me what is this?.

Sorry you are going through so much. I have some of the symptoms you’ve mentioned, but I’m not sure what you’re asking.

Have you been diagnosed by a Doctor for endometriosis? I’m assuming you have as you mentioned stage. Have you had or waiting for treatment?

My pathology report is confirmed endometriosis. My doctor said 3rd stage of endometriosis. Now my questions is why am soo weak and my weight is 40kg. This is indication of any new disease for me?

My suggestion would be to contact your doctor. I guessed you weren’t UK, here we have a general practitioner that we’d go to first to get referral to a specialist. We’d go to them first about any abnormal symptoms. No one here can give any sort of diagnosis only possible similar symptoms.

I’ve lost over three stone since December with this, not as low as you. If I’m active the uterus effects the bladder and I find it difficult to go, but if I sit upright I want to go lots.

I’d recommend getting face to face medical advice, write down your symptoms, what causes them to be worse.

I don’t know if this helps and hopefully I haven’t come across as negative. It’s a very tough condition.

My symptoms are showing any new disease for me?. my symptoms is : daily abdominal pain, dark stool like black colour, loosing weight, started sleep at 3am in night, some time bleeding and abdominal pain with Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg)+ Desogestrel (0.15mg) ocp pill, when I'm sleeping suddenly am wakeup am fell urgently to pass urine but not came urine after 10 second slowly coming then started abdominal pain and came bleeding.
