Cortisol results/DHEA, useful thoughts on action for adrenals?
DHEA levels typically decline with age and supplementation with DHEA may increase testosterone and/or
estradiol
levels.

I can't easily shift taking levo to the eve as I take my HRT tablets at bedtime and so want a gap from taking

before the levothyroxine.

Bleeding before FET
I’ve been taking 2mg
estradiol
3 times daily and started cyclogest pessaries 400mg 3 days ago. I contacted the consultant who advised me to increase the progesterone to 3 times daily. Also we’ll do a scan on the morning of the planned transfer day, before thawing the embryo.

Normal total T, lowish free T
Here are the result readings: Total Testosterone: 654 ng/dl (264-892) Free Testosterone: 11.6 pg/mL (9.3-26.5)
Estradiol
: 21.7 pg/mL (11-43) I really don’t know what to make out of those results as I don’t have any problems associated with sex drive or erectile function.

It's game over for us - how do we move on from failed IVF?
Follicles and
estradiol
test looked good and like we would get 6 eggs. We got 4 eggs in the end and sadly only 1 fertilised normally and we took the decision to do a Day 3 transfer and do the immune protocol (clexane, Prednisilone and more progesterone than normal). Sadly BFN.

Is it normal to feel anxious when adding Armour?
I have been taking and increasing
Estradiol
and Progesterone recently and my doctor thinks this may be why my thyroid levels have changed. I know that my numbers were not good back in April.

Vaginal atrophy and dryness
Hi everyone, I've been prescribed Estriol which is a hormone for vaginal atrophy and dryness after pelvic radiotherapy 9 years ago. Does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative cream or pessary please as I don't want to use a hormonal solution especially after reading the side effects? Thank you

Endo and mega high levels of oestradiol...
My cognitive issues/brain fog/inability to learn new info/feeling confused and forgetful; they are getting worse and worse. I thought these would be menopausal but my blood tests today show that I am not menopausal at all. How can this be? My oestradiol levels are 1888 pmol/L and FSH is 6.8iu/L and LH

Advice on Results Please
Hello, I've been trying to find my sweet spot since starting HRT and discovering I was undermedicated. I've just had my latest test results back although I keep having issues with the blood samples for Medichecks so some tests have been redone and other are missing. Anyone else have issues with this

Request for assistance in interpreting blood test when GP is satisfied but I am not, and still feel terrible...
Hello, first post here after a couple of months reading. I was diagnosed hypothyroid about twelve years ago and given radioactive iodine treatment (and little alternative - I knew very little then and was scared into it by talk of heart attacks, etc). Since then I have been on levthyroxine. My dosage

Has anyone used the medication 'Hyalofemme'
I have been given this product for Vaginal Atrophy and Vaginal dryness. Unlike the 'Yes Vaginal Moisturiser', it claims to repair the skin, and give it back it's own natural moisture. It also says it has been clinically proven to be as effective as hormone cream containing 0.1 % oestriol. Also claims

When to stop Estradiol patches
When did you stop your
estradiol
patches in the run up to stimulation? Was it as soon as your period arrived (ie first spots of blood) or only when it hit full flow? Thanks so much!

Diagnosed with osteoporosis after 9 years on warfarin
I've reached out to my onco re:
estradiol
patches to try to stem the loss. Any thoughts on how I might proceed in addressing the osteoporosis while remaining on warfarin and Orgovyx? Warfarin is the sole blood thinner allowed with replacement valves and the only one that causes osteoporosis.
