Quick back story is that I've been hypo since age 21 (now 38) have TPO antibodies so I'm assuming hashi's. Anyone tried the new type of pill Zoely?
"It contains 17-beta
estradiol
, an estrogen structurally similar to estrogen produced by the ovaries, and nomegestrol acetate, a steroidal progestin that mimics naturally-occurring progesterone".

Treatment of hypopituitarism in patients receiving antiepileptic drugs
Other antiepileptic drugs increase sex hormone-binding globulin, which reduces the bioactivity of testosterone and
estradiol
. Additionally, the combined oestrogen-progestagen contraceptive pill might decrease lamotrigine concentrations, which could worsen seizure control.

High levels of estrogen.
Graves’, TT 2011 on 100/125mcg. Active and aggressive TED, 52. Returning from the Endo visit and being dismissed for the second time in two years, I have been told I am hyper despite knowing I am hypo and to reduce my meds. I had to fight to get back to see an Endo based on bloods I paid for myself

I don't know how to interpret my estrodial levels because there is no range. I'm trying to get a six pack and

Mushrooms and Grape Juice are aromatase inhibitors and therefore oestrogen reducers. Must be good for endo!
Another article I found that might be useful is http://natural-fertility-info.com/mushrooms-for-fertility.html although I would be inclined to avoid cordyceps due to raising levels of 17-
estradiol
(E2).
