Transplant List in the US.
., Paracentesis every 10 days of 7 -9 liters of fluid, four

bandings, has lost majority muscle mass in the body. My question is: What are the real chances Jim can get a Liver transplant in the US? Do they look at age? Jim is 67. Family? We have no children.

Colonoscopy/Endoscopy done! And results are in~
After getting both the
endoscopy
and colonoscopy done (whole process only took 7mins 14secs according to the report!) had my sandwich and my juice, just chillaxed. Did take an allergy tablet cause the side of my face that had been against the pillow was not happy.

How is everyone managing their pain?
Well, after an
endoscopy
and colonoscopy I'm being treated for an ulcer so obviously it wasn't "fine". The gastroenterologist prescribed Tramadol for me to try and it made me very sick and itchy all over not to mention it did absolutely nothing for the pain.

For years I’ve had tummy problems that they put down to IBS- I’ve had colonoscopy and
endoscopy
and I’ve had internal examinations of my bladder as well with no concluding results. I’ve had ultrasounds which again have been clear.

Hyperchlorhydria with PA?
I also just had an
endoscopy
and they found a small hiatal hernia. I have pretty severe gastrointestinal problems and I know that my acid profile is unusual for PA. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!

Mr JA
Mr JA. I have been told that a ct scan reveals I have a blood clot on my liver. However a endoscope examination reveals that I do not have portal hypertension or varices. What am i to make of this?

Can Endo give you fibroids and cysts?
Recently I saw an
Endoscopy
consultant who believes I could actually have Endo in my bowels so I’m having a mini procedure this weekend to find out but more interestingly, I recently had a pelvic scan which showed I have a cyst on my right ovary and my womb is covered in lots of 1cm fibroids, which apparently

Graves Disease - RAI 2005 - long term consequences.
The
endoscopy
was aborted, I had no saliva with which to swallow the scope. The trolley was swung around and entry gained into my bottom. The incessant pain I was experiencing in my mouth was also at the other end, in my bottom!

Endoscopy and waiting for scan results.
Had my
endoscopy
today. Didn’t have sedation. Should have done. What a bloody horrible feeling it was. Very uncomfortable and quite painful. Results were ok. Hiatus hernia and inflammation on oesophagus so nothing bad. Got to take tablets called lanzoprazole. I’m ok with that.

Hello, new and advice needed pls!
I’ve only been taking sertraline for anxiety due to 8 months of pain, exhaustion and digestive problems with no answers despite CT scan, gastroscopy and
endoscopy
. This all started after terrible food poisoning last summer which I believe has triggered a flare of something.

Anyone else had diagnosis of coeliac disease via microscopic colitis and pancreatic insufficiency?
Hi, I've had every test my consultant can think of and she's come to the view that I have coeliac disease, even though my tests (bloods and
endoscopy
) don't show coeliac disease.

I've had my gallbladder thoroughly checked and going for an
endoscopy
in a couple of weeks. So IBS without D or C? Is that possible? Thanks

An Update~
On doctor and procedures I am FINALLY going for my
endoscopy
and colonoscopy on Monday (4/6 at 12pm). Perks of been in public system to wait 6months for this haha, ah well! So I will finally have a definite answer of yes it’s IBS or no they found something else.

Hi Every body Just to let you all know what my G.P said yesterday. Mysterious chronic shortness of breath
I got an
endoscopy
and other tests done, which revealed that I had some esophageal erosion due to acid reflux and a slight hiatal hernia and was diagnosed with GERD. I had always have bad heartburn, so I was prescribed with Prilosec, which I have been taking daily since them.
