High background Troponin levels
Hi, I am new here but I have been a member for a while and I had a STEMI six years ago with a Troponin level of 980 and several more NSTEMI since with Troponin levels of 50 plus. I had a Syncope (blackout) four years ago with constant Ectopic beats ever since for which I have been treated with Amiodarone

So frustrated :(
Hello again, So, I had my Exercise ECG. I lasted less than 1 minute on the treadmill before I started feeling dizzy and out of breath. Due to those symptoms they didn't want to put me back on it. So there is 1 minute of data to use and I am so frustrated. I wish I had tried to stay on a bit longer.

Angiogram clear, what next? Microvascular?
Firstly thank you to everyone who responded to my last post regarding going for my angiogram on Monday, all your input helped! I did question beforehand if I needed the procedure which was interpreted as a 'reluctance' to have it done and spoke to 2 consultants about it along with a nurse! Anyway, after

Autonomic Dysfunction - cardiac symptoms. Anyone else?
Hello all. So I have been under investigation with a cardiology team for quite a few months now for exercise and movement induced palpitations, high heart rate, loss of vision and dizziness along with various other unpleasant symptoms. I had the standard 24 hour and 72 hour ECG and they picked up sinus

Enough is enough!
yesterday, after my tough weekend with breathlessness, my partner went home and said he would see me this weekend. He could only just have arrived home when I almost passed out cleaning my car, fell against the side, went inside as was heaving for breath and was then was very sick. This is a crisis

Blood Test Intrigue
My Drs want to do bloods to investigate why I pass out for 5 mins & have trouble walking or talking for approx 15 mins afterward. ECG normal so bloods are next. They will be testing for quite a few things inc b12. This hopefully will give me a guide to whether my current regime of SI once weekly b12

Undiagnosed Chest Pain
Hi - I wondered if anyone on here has had any similar experiences to me? I’m a male in my late 30’s who up until Feb 2020 had never even thought about my heart. I’m a bit overweight (bmi 27) but have always been pretty fit, could easily run 10km, cycle all day and generally do what I wanted. My heart

Minoca and still have chest pains
Newbie here. I had a MINOCO at the end of July, I had been getting chests pains for months. Nothing showed up except for troponin raised levels. My blood pressure is always low, I am not overweight, I don't smoke or drink, so I'm not on any medication, except for a 10mg statin, which I have just stopped

PVC nightmare
PVCs are weird heartbeat sensations. Fluttering, pounding , flipfopping….had them for 20 years and recently learned how to deal with them. But they’ve gotten worse lately. Had testing including ekg, stress test, etc. All good. That’s reassuring until I have another attack. It is crazy making and I feel

Still breathless
Last February I finished my second line of chemo and soon after developed debilitating breathlessness. It is really affecting my life, but it seems there is nothing I can do about it. My haemoglobin is 99 which is not excessively low, I have had a chest X ray, ECG, CT of thorax, abdomen and pelvis and

Denosumab and chest pain
I went to see my Oncologist this week as a follow up to my new treatment. I was having sharp pains in my chest. I checked my blood pressure and oxygen levels at home and all the readings were fine. Anyway, he decided I should have an ECG. It was all over the place. The nurse wired it up wrong. It took

AF Continues.
I had to go for a ecg 2 days ago which was about 8 weeks after my cardioversion. Today the phone conversation told me I had gone back into AF. Disappointed but to be honest not unexpected. I am one of those that do not experience any symptoms and the only way I suspected I had gone back into AF was when
