hi Has anyone experienced this before, my first ivf resulted to an ectopic pregnancy and my right removed, t really hurt, jus want to heal and start again and I heard natural pregnancy can occur after failed ivf

Hi,For any of you that have had an ectopic pregnancy what did the shoulder pain feel like? I'm 6 weeks pregnant through IVF and had some fairly heavy bleeding a week ago so obviously ectopic pregnancy is at the forefront of my mind.

But IVF is no guarantee and may go through all that again to still have ectopic pregnancy. Or have no success. I do wonder if IVF and PGTA will help reduce risk of miscarriage and TFMR - especially now I’m facing 37y.

I missed 3 months period. Ultrasound found 2 cysts. HSG showed both tubes totally blocked. When speculum was pulled out a coconut sized sac came out. What could it have been? I keep getting nightmares of a 3 month baby sac pulled out from outside the uterus due to blocker tubes only logical answer

But the doctors are concerned about potential ectopic pregnancy, cysts, or start of a miscarriage, so are measuring my beta levels over the next 48 hours and keeping me under observation. My question to you all, has anyone developed an ovarian cyst following a successful IVF pregnancy?

Did have chronic fatigue on the 13th September Have looked up causes of this and it comes up with ectopic pregnancy ( which I don't think I have as no chronic pain in abdomen area) or twin pregnancy ( where the hgc hormone is too high or too low to pick up on pregnancy test).

Hello, new here. Just wondering if anyone else had trouble conceiving after having a salpingectomy? And how long it took post surgery to conceive again? Im 36 and have only had one pregnancy in a year and a half of trying, it was unfortunately ectopic. Not sure if we should keep trying or go to our GP

I really don’t know, after 2 early losses and 1 ectopic pregnancy. 2 transfer this is the first positive with IVFA I’m terrified! I couldn't wait for tomorrow (OTD)as I knew if it was negative I would be devastated and I wouldn’t be able to work and I wanted to call in sick.

On my last FET I only took Cyclogest up until my positive pregnancy test but they have put me on it as a precaution as my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage ( I don't actually have a history of miscarriage, but rather ectopic pregnancy hence IVF).

It was a suspected ruptured ovarian cyst but was later diagnosed as an ectopic pregnancy that required surgical removal. Post surgery was quite excruciating, the pain was immense and terrifying. Everything felt as if it were on fire and my emotions were more than in overdrive.

No signs of an ectopic pregnancy so the theory is that we have a spontaneous pregnancy. We're scared to get excited yet, especially as HCG hasn't increased much and it's too early to show much on a scan.

It seems to indicate a failing pregnancy and I'm worried it might turn out as an ectopic pregnancy as I experience one side cramping pain. It is really sad and hopefully I can find out a bit more with blood test and ultrasound scan next week.

before I had to have a hysteroscopy under general anaesthetic and the procedure was medieval, way worse pain than my ectopic pregnancy, results were clear of cancer thank god. My GP has booked me an urgent ultrasound for next week or two. Yes, another flipping ultrasound.

After a prolonged break for endo surgery and then our naturally conceived ectopic pregnancy loss and further surgery, we are finally back on the IVF horse. So I’m sorry been AWOL from here a while.

Had second embryotransfer. 1st cycle ended up in ectopic pregnancy and I decided to remove both tubes in view of IVF. Maybe wrong decision as it took away my minimal chances of falling naturally. This day I am 9dpt and for a bfn. I guess I m out.

Which she left untouched as it could affect the tubes if I fell pregnant and could lead to an ectopic pregnancy. So wondering is this why I’ve been getting all the pain on the right hand side .

I'm about to go back to a gynaecologist next week to resume investigations after two pregnancy losses (1 ectopic, one missed miscarriage).

fast forward to now, when 3 months ago I experienced a ectopic pregnancy. Same kind of feelings, and the awful intrusive thoughts again. And a feeling in my head that something didn’t feel right.

But this has quickly turned into a nightmare with a left tubal ectopic pregnancy. I was just wondering if anyone has had an ectopic after their lap excision but then gone on to have a successful intrauterine pregnancy? Just needing some hope stories right now 😓
