Evidence used for my decision process with (IMO)
In answer to your questions (continued) I have no insurance (for the last two years), so I keep lines of communication open with current researchers and practitioners in the field. occasionally I have vetted a specialist or two and will make an appointment to ask questions about current research. my

Bacterial Meningitis
Hello I’m wondering if anybody can help me or offer me any words of advice? I’m a 42 year old active male, on the evening of 19th February I had a mild headache. But woke early hours 20th with a server headache, then started being sick. I thought I’d got a migraine and stayed in bed until lunchtine

HGPIN & Statins.
New study below. In a recent thread on 5alpha-reductase inhibitors (e.g. Avodart/Dutasteride), which can dramatically reduce the incidence of indolent low-grade PCa, I posted a study that showed no benefit for men with high-grade PIN [HGPIN]. HGPIN is generally considered to advance to PCa within 12

NSAIDs or not?
I’ve just been reading the information on the PMR-GCA website and in the FAQs it says not to take NSAIDS yet my Dr prescribed Naproxen 500mg twice a day. I’ve found paracetamol not to be effective enough on its own. Can anyone advise please?

Dr. Colin Taylor, a pharmacist in Ohio has treated thousands of Lyme disease patients over the last 17 years. Ldn works excellently!
Dr. Colin Taylor, a pharmacist in Ohio has treated thousands of Lyme disease patients over the last 17 years. He is so impressed with how Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) has helped those patients that he started up an LDN program to educate the community on it. He utilizes his deep knowledge to assist doctors

someone has recommended I try devils claw for my bad knees. Anyone know if it is OK to take with Rivaoxaban and beta blocker? It is anti inflammatory so I wonder if it is bad like NSAIDs?

Paget's since 2004
I have probably had Paget's in my right femur since 2004 but went undiagnosed until 2010 when it was found by chance on an Xray taken of my lower back, which just captured the femur in question. The pain in my femur was unbearable and no painkillers or NSAIDS could make it subside. I still had pain

Problem getting tetanus booster due to methotrexate - anyone else had this?
Morning everyone I got bitten by my kids’ new rodent yesterday. Bloody stupid me being very impatient to get the beast out of its box. Took myself off to urgent cate to get a tetanus booster because I don’t think I’ve ever had one...and was told no because apparently it’s combined with two other vaccines
