TOO HOT, TOO COLD= NO SLEEP
Tonight my RLS and body temperature regulation are going wild. Covers on and I sweat; covers off and am cold. I can't lay down for 1 minute without twitching and getting up. About a week ago I completed a 38 week reduction of pramipexol from 2.0mg / day for 7 years to 0 mg. Four days ago I started taking

RLS - Pramipexole and CBD oil
I have suffered with RLS syndrome for 35/40 years or so. After many different medications I remained on Amitriptyline for years. My RLS became much worse earlier this year with severe jerking and very little sleep again. My GP put me on Pramipexole, to be increase from 1 to 3, as needed. I was ok on

Help test a survey looking into the impact of PSP & CBD on partners and families
Researchers at Cardiff University are looking into the impact of PSP & CBD on partners and families. They have drafted a survey and would like PSPA supporters to help test it before they circulate it more widely. Sleeping woes. Any recommendations? I might try CBD oil
Currently on week 22, only week 22 but I'm knackered. Before I was preggers, I would take Valerian tea or CBD oil from Holland and Barrett if I wasn't sleeping well and either of them remedies would calm me down nicely. Since getting the preg, I've been really good and not taken anything not explicitly

Any ideas for alternative medication for CBD?
We have tried various medication for PD (Parkinson's Disease) for my mum's CBD with little or no success. I've been told by the Parkinson's nurses and Neurologists that because CBD is atypical it's normal that these medications would not be effective but we can try anyway. I have also been told by the

CBD source
Can anyone recommend a good reliable source of CBD oil that they’ve tried please . There are so many ads for different brands that it’s confusing?

Lions Mane
I have SCA7/r43 and been testing Lions Mane about a decade now.' For me it affects like this: after 3-4 days after the dose the balance gets very significally better, but unfortunately only for 2 days. I have been avoiding the constant usage. (scared about the increasing tolerance) Last years I take

CBD
I did try it the strongest one without highs, it helped seemingly for a while with sleep, nothing else. Good luck it may work for you, I was just 120 pounds lighter. G

Does anyone use CBD oil?
Just wondering if anyone has experience of using CBD oil (the one without the highs!) alongside Prednisolone? I’ve been doing some research and it seems it might be useful for inflammation and the anxiety side-effects of Pred. Hoping it might be dual purpose, but don’t really know enough about it yet
