Are You Worth My Time ?
I no longer have the ability to have a bunch of relationships that drain my brain without offering some positive
Dopamine
feed back. Neighbors, are you owners or renters? if renters I will put my energies into owners.

This what my neuro dr. told me today
C/L long use is causing dyskinesia - nonsense; dyskinesia is caused by the advanced PD - not enough cells to store/produce
dopamine
left; he urged me to start C/L asap. 2. Proteins slow down the C/L absorption - nonsense; actually is the alcohol which does it. 3.

A PD type? Postural Instability gait disorder
I get RLS when the
dopamine
runs low, but I manage that with a self-directed mucuna’ L-Dopa concoction that thankfully affords me sleep.

dopamine
agonists can cause pleural and pulmonary fibrosis. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7867286 Doctors tell me that I have paralyzed phrenic nerve effecting one lung, on my right side. I had PFT-Pulmonary Function Test over one year ago.

where do I go from here, help from the experts please.
I have had advice from this forum which has really helped and I am greatly appreciated of that, but, things for me are not getting any better, in fact I feel I am back to square one again and I've just had enough of feeling like this and desperately need further advice. My neck has began to get stiff

I'm so glad I found this forum! I was diagnosed with "atypical epilepsy" a couple of years ago. The reason for the diagnosis was that no brain damage could be found, neither on EEG:s nor on MRI:s (and I have had several of them). For a long time, my only symptoms were blackouts lasting 1-2 minutes. I

From 2014 says the jury is not in
Some believe that treatment of PD patients with L-dopa potentially promotes neurodegeneration owing to the production of free radicals secondary to
dopamine
catabolism [31, 32], while others have found a potential neuroprotective effect in animal models [33, 34].

Anxiety with PD and the treatments?
My immediate thought was 'I need
dopamine
replacement as I'm obviously low in this and ought to start Levadopa (I'm only on agonists at the mo').

Anavex 2-73 Therapy Candidate Seen to Restore Brain Cell Function in Mice with Parkinson’s, Study Finds
Loss of neurons in this region leads to a reduction in
dopamine
– a neurotransmitter essential for neuronal communication. As a result, progressive degeneration of neurons in the substantia nigra is linked to the severity of Parkinson’s motor deficits.
