diverticulosis
The diagnosis is
Diverticulosis
. Fantastic that the diagnosis wasn’t cancerous, nevertheless, it doesn’t help the abdominal and back pain that I’ve been having for almost a year.

Hi everyone, I’ve taken note of discussions on here regarding gut issues vis a vis under active thyroid. Does levothyroxine of itself also cause gut issues? Many thanks.

Imodium and diverticula
hi there I seem to remember in my distant past that I was told not to take Imodium due to my
diverticulosis
is that the right word? LOL? Is there a reason for this? I also have IBS I stay gluten-free and dairy free. I find it helps slightly.

Alendronic Acid and diverticulosis
since my Rheumy discovered I have two fractured vertebra, she is insisting I take AA. At my Dexa scan last summer AA was suggested but left to my decision as it showed ostopaenia not osteoporosis. I took AA last weekend and experienced heartburn, indigestion and difficulty and some pain swallowing. I

Diverticulosis
found, which I already knew about from a colonoscopy a few years ago. Biopsies taken. Yesterday bowel felt fine, however today I am in quite a bit of lower bowel pain. Just wondering why I felt fine for couple of days & pain starts on day 3. Has anyone else experienced this?

Problem absorbing T4/T3
I currently have a
diverticulosis
stricture which is being looked at and had my thyroid medication - T3 reduced back in Feb from 15 to 10 due to my low TSH. I still have many, many symptoms of hypothyroidism such as low body temperature, fatigue , constipation, brain fog etc.

laxido IBS C. Intussusception, rectocoele and diverticulosis
hi all, I’d be grateful for anyone else’s experience with any of the above conditions. I take laxido every day and have taken them for about 2 years now. They make the stool softer to avoid diverticulitis but I still can’t have a BM by myself and need an enema. Does anyone else need these. along

However, I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy done on July 12, and besides findings of a hiatal hernia, Barrett's Esophagus and
diverticulosis
--all of which had been seen in previous scopes--thw Dr also wrote "portal gsstropathy".
