My current adrenal stress profile shows low but in range cortisol 8am; very low but just in range at noon; very low and out of range afternoon and evening (my
DHEA
is virtually non-exsitant).

Treatment for Low DHEA Levels
So, my question to you guys is, what supplements do you use for treating Low
DHEA
levels? Is there anything that is 'good' that is available on the NHS OR will I need to source independently? Does anyone have any info they can share on their own journey treating

LDN?
I also have fibromyalgia which reacts violently to pred or anything steroidal (
DHEA
, licorice, Vitamin D even!) and severe osteoporosis. I've had symptoms for 7 months.

Managing thyroid/adrenals for conception/pregnancy
I'm also considering taking supplemental
DHEA
and/or pregnenolone. Any other advice anyone can offer about whether you think I'm on the right track with how I want to proceed or any alternative suggestions you might have would be much appreciated.

Advice needed
which was 0.1 (0.0 - 5.61) The only thing that came back as being unusual was

Heading for a success story
After being bedridden for a month after being on Levo for 4 months and being very ill since (off work, unable to drive, do any household tasks or walk more than a few mins)I was hypothyroid, had adrenal issues (very low cortisol and
DHEA
, recently tested positive for Lyme) I really feel I'm moving forward

Cushing's Disease
Cortisol was checked and was outside the range at CORTISOL * 622 nmol/l
DHEA
was slightly raised. Is my reading normal enough to exclude cushing's? I took the blood test after missing a night sleep in the morning.

Hypothyroidism, a saga of NICE indifference.
Not quite sure of the range of alternative medications that are available, eg T3,
DHEA
. Natural dessicated Thyroxine etc.

NHS tests that may help diagnose adrenal issues
Tests ordered by my GP prior to this based on a 24hr saliva test which showed 3 very low cortisol and very low (out of range)
DHEA
DHEAS - a good test to measure adrenal function.

Questions on TSH differences with no change in dosage
Just to say, Have had lots of Adrenal tests (Genova) over the last 10 years varying from low to high and always HIGH
DHEA
which they dont seem to be able to give an account for. Tests, Celiac and Synachten and also for tumours that cause palpitations, I'm at a loss. Sorry to ramble.

Is it Anxiety or something Physical?
I've suffered from many symptoms for a number of years now and they don’t seem to get much better. These include depression, anxiety, sleep problems, vitiligo (since I was teenager but very slow spread, premature grey hairs (gradual progression since 1 year ago), acne (moderate since teenager), low sex
