Treatment that doesn’t stop you ttc?
Probably a silly question but are there any treatments for endo that don’t involve contraceptives? I would love a second child (been ttc number 2 for 7 years) and I said to the specialist that I’d like to give it another year before I give up. Wishful thinking I know but I kind of hoped the procedures

Does this sound like endo symptoms
Hi ladies I’d like to know if anyone else suffers from these symptoms and whether or not I am ‘over reacting’ as the GP likes to put it with my pains. I am starting to get concerned with the amount of medication I have been given over the course of the past year and also with the coil fitted 3 weeks

Anyone had their coil removed?
Hi, I’ve had great success with the coil but had removal 7 weeks ago as we decided to try for a baby. The first 2 weeks I had a heavy painful period and was quite ill. I’m hoping that it is not a sign of things to come - I wondered if anyone else had had a removal and what happened period wise? Yours

Mirena and ovulation pain
I have been constantly getting horrendous ovulation pain and spotting which I know is related to the coil however I thought that this would subside after a few months but I have had it in now for nearly 9 mouths and the pain is just unbearable. I spoke to my gynaecologist about this and she said to just

I'm back
I took a little time away from all things social media, just to try and get a break. In this time I've been in hospital several times and also seen my gynaecologist after about six months spent on a waiting list. This didn't go so well. It left with me in tears, and spending the next two days in bed

Copper coil giving me abdominal pain
Hello, I’ve had my IUD in for just over 1 year. I found this really painful when I got it inserted and had the worst stabbing pains in my abdominals. I pushed through the pain as I knew the first few months would hurt. A year on and the abdominal pain has been getting worse. I first thought it was because

Jaydess IUD?
Just saw my doctor and due to the wait to see the specialist she has recommended the coil. I had a bad reaction to the mirena and she mentioned the jaydess instead as it's smaller. Has anyone tried it?

Feeling totally confused
I wonder if anyone could offer any advice? I’ve always had pretty heavy periods but they were fairly regular. I have an almost 10 year old but came off the pill 7 years ago to ttc number 2 - never had any success but was diagnosed with “unexplained secondary infertility”. Fast forward to last summer

First time posting...
Ok, so a bit about me...I was diagnosed with Endo almost 2 years ago now. It was kinda lucky. I'd had the usual chronic pain in the first couple of days of my period for about 1.5-2yrs and just assumed it was a natural thing with my periods (they'd previously been fine, bit of discomfort but not what

Mire a coil and breast tenderness
I was fitted with the coil about 6 weeks ago as I was experiencing painful cysts and endo. I have been advised I need surgery. The problem I have at the moment are period like pain and extreme breast tenderness in both breasts. They are really swollen and burning. I have started taking evening primrose

Mirena coil out!
Hello all, I've recently had the coil removed after six months of cramps, bad acne and mood swings. I just wanted to know if anyone had similar skin problems, and how long it took to get your skin back to normal? Thanks :)
