Need advice please

Hi everyone.. it’s been a while since I last posted but I’m wondering could anybody help me please.

I have endos and been suffering for the last 10+ years I have terrible bleeding, pains.. the world. Back last year I was admitted 4 times over it, tried the menopause injection (that didn’t work and made me worse, so had my last one in August) and was told I got to have a op on my womb.

I have been on a few different pills since I was 13 and had the coil but because the coil gave me so much trouble I was put back on a pill ( Iv been on this pill now for 2 year I think)

WELL I stopped it on the 18th of February but started spotting on the 15th. I bleed for about 8/9 days and then completely stopped.. I haven’t taken it since and been having unprotected ***. I am actually 4 days late for my period this month now and Iv been doing the odd pregnancy test and each one has come back negative (cheap tests)

Has anyone had this problem before as I don’t wanna get my hopes up on being pregnant (as Iv been told it’s going to be hard for me to catch) but then I don’t want to worry about my body getting worse.

Any help would be amazing as I’m all over the place at the moment.
