Mirena coil out!

Hello all, I've recently had the coil removed after six months of cramps, bad acne and mood swings. I just wanted to know if anyone had similar skin problems, and how long it took to get your skin back to normal? Thanks

I felt instantly better after having mirena removed, but didn't feel entirely myself hormonally until about a year later BUT I didn't make much effort diet, exercise or supplement-wise. There is advice out there on diet post-mirena that claims to help rebalance your hormones and might be helpful. Sorry not to be more helpful, but i was told it takes time for your body to adjust as the hormones in mirena are androgenic so acne, weight gain around the middle and hair growth occur for a lot of people. I was growing a mini beard on my chin!
