Following as I'm in the same position - doesn't seem to have helped yet at all! (I'm 2 months post-lap) 😞

Depending on how long ago your lap was you still could be healing.

If its early days then it may be normal post op inflammation, it takes several months to heal internally after a lap, this article describes the post surgery healing process which I found very helpful centerforendo.com/is-my-end...

The coil itself can cause pain while it settles for up to 6 months. In some people it doesn't always settle. I removed mine after five months of pelvic pain I'd not had preoperatively.

It's possible to have nerve pain after an operation which usually, but not always settles with time.

It is also possible for endo sufferers to develop neuropathic or functional pain which is caused by your pain messaging system not a pathological cause.

I'm on pregabalin for neuropathic and nerve pain.

I’m 6 months post op and my pain is a lot worse than it was before I had it x

Exactly the same here. I had my 3rd lap done at the end of January, ends removed from under my right ovary and from my uterer so pretty grim surgery. I managed one dog walk where I felt no pain I was so happy and now yet again every day I have the same radiating pain on my right side and I’m absolutely bloody knackered all the time. I look forward to seeing my gynae in a week to see what’s happened considering I was told after surgery they’d got rid of all of it.
