M-Day! š¬
I gave myself a āsharp scratchā with the pointy end of the Metoject Pen this morning, overseen by a gleeful husband waiting for the blood curdling scream š±. What an anti-climax! I didnāt feel a thing & frantically looked around to find out where the orange liquid had gone! If anyone is new to the injections

Solumedrol joy
I'm experiencing all of the joys of solumedrol. I'm sitting in my living room at 2 am after my first of 3 solumedrol treatments. I always have a relapse in the spring (if it would ever stop raining here in Utah long enough for spring to arrive). Not sure why solumedrol makes the pain in my legs so intense

Ocrevus today and now insomnia?!?
I had my 3rd Ocrevus infusion today and I can't sleep tonight. The only thing I can figure is the small amount of solumedrol that they give at the beginning of the infusion is causing my insomnia. Has anyone else experienced this?

Low cortisol levels thyroid hormone levels, especially on T3/NDT
I find this article on low cortisol, and the interaction between thyroid hormone and cortisol, very interesting, especially since it was written by a doctor able to think outside the box: http://hormonerestoration.com/Cortisol.html A few months ago, I weaned myself off Medrol (put on 4 mg daily by hormone

Pain a week after stopping Zoladex
Hey everyone, Last week I decided to stop taking Zoladex after 4 months of injections due to the side effects were getting too much for me including the hot flushes, incontinence and depression. I managed to see my gynae last Friday and it was a total waste of time again. He didn't know Zoladex causes

SLE from 2013
My wife (age 43) was diagnosed with SLE - Nephrotic syndrome class IV. I was on and off on Wysolene (5mg to 40 mg at times) and Immutil 360 (4 times a day) However, in remission the doses have reduced. Last 2-3 months my general physician stopped all my medicines since I was in complete remission.

Cancelled endo specialist appointment
After 8 years of waiting they have cancelled my endo specialist appointment again. They have moved me to the 24th April 2019. I am so annoyed and helpless. My GP cannot give me anything anymore. We have tried depo-provera treatment, around 30 different hormone pills, painkillers, different endo diets

Adrenal fatigue - a chronic or reversible condition?
I have been asking myself a lot of question lately about adrenal fatigue and the best way to treat it: I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue in late 2011, by a so called Hertoghe doctor in Belgium who used blood and 24 h urine analyses to diagnose it. At the time, I had spent 11 years on thyroxine without

Depo Provera Injections for Endo
Hi there I have been on Depo since September 2018 and have noticed changes within myself like weight gain, depression, reduced sex drive, mood swings, achey bones joints which I know are a common factor when taking this drug. I was advised to have these injections for my endo to lower the flow of bleeding

Recurring pericarditis
Iāve had recurring pericarditis for almost 7 years. Iām treated as having an autoimmune disease as if I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have āflare upsā almost every month, or 6 weeks at the longest. Every time I have a flare I use a medrol dose pack to get the pain back under control. Iāve tried prednisone
