Excision surgery tomorrow, starting to feel nervous.
I'm having excision of the endometriosis, excision of the peritoneal wall,
cystoscopy
with bilateral stenting. I was diagnosed in July 2013 with 'mild but widespread' endo and had it lasered and have had trouble since. I'm starting to get nervous now, do you girls have any tips?

Bowel stuck to left ovary
GP originally thought it was urological issues so I had a
cystoscopy
which came back clear. After my first appointment with the gynaecologist he prescribed me mebeverine and passed it off as IBS. When I went back and explained the tablets had made no difference he booked me in for the lap.

So Frustrated
They're on about me having a
cystoscopy
as often show blood in my urine too. I just feel so fed up and frustrated I've had no life since the op in July can't do anything too physical as I just end up feeling so unwell and achy.

Bladder pain and endo?? One thing after another!! Help!!
On my last lap my consultant also performed a
cystoscopy
(camera into the bladder) to see if any endo lay on the bladder as I have always complained of pain when urinating and pain in lower back! The consultant said he found a condition called interstitial cystitis.

Cystoscopy - advise please
Good Morning! My husband has just received his letter calling him to hospital for the above procedure in a couple of weeks. He uses ambulatory oxygen so we will take that with us and I have noted it says that the "nurse will talk you for the procedure" - doubtful will get a wheelchair. Just wondered

Gastro and Bladder problems and anxiety with Endo - help please xx
I was diagnosed with IC and Endo and had a Laparoscopy to remove the endo that was on my pelvic peritoneum and a
cystoscopy
that revealed no lesions on my bladder - although I was still diagnosed with IC. Personally I think that my endo is what causing my IC and my 'IBS'.

Pain clinic
On my third lap last week my gynae decided to carry out another
cystoscopy
to see how the IC was. The good news was that there was no endo seen, adenomyosis looked better (on long term zoladex) but the IC was one of the worst cases she had ever seen.

Peritoneal excision...
I'm also having a
cystoscopy
as it may be on my bladder. I'm due to have an epidural infusion for pain relief afterwards (I've had lots of difficulty with the ward I'm being admitted to with pain relief) has anyone else also had one? Wishing you all a comfortable day x

Second surgery in 12 weeks for severe endo. Advice needed?
I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo during a laparoscopy and
cystoscopy
in April. Consultant referred me to anothef consultant who specialises in bladder endo. In meantime I started with Prostap injections but I feel terrible. Pain, fatique and a feeling if being overwhelmed by everything .

Pradaxa and cystoscopy
Can anybody tell me if you have to stop taking Pradaxa before having a
cystoscopy
. They mention about warfarin in but not pradaxa. I have tried to speak to the urology department but not had any reply yet.

I then went through with a bladder
cystoscopy

I've been under a gynae and urologist in my local hosp since jan and after lap and
cystoscopy
they found I have endo between my uterus and bladder - and it's infiltrating the bladder wall. Hence the blood in my urine and horrendous pain.

Are there any ladies out there with uretheral strictures?
I'm waiting for a
cystoscopy
to investigate further and a dilation which I believe is unfortunately a temporary relief.

Hi I am new on here and have been looking for answers. Your opinions may help me!
I once described my symptoms to a friend and she said it sounds like Endo, but I didn't give it another thought, But after a US, a CT, a colonoscopy, numerous blood tests and a
Cystoscopy
(bladder) and all coming back clear. I turned to looking at this.
