Me Again.
On top of it all went down with
cystitis
earlier this week and now on antibiotics which is slowly clearing it up. Still rather shivery though. My Rheumy consultant put me up to 25mcg of Methotrexate back in June which has helped a lot.

Levator Ani
Does anyone have Levator Ani syndrome? I have PFD and all the other wonderful things that come with it. IC, IBS. I started having the symptoms three weeks ago. I am seeing Phys. Therapy. Has anyone had this and been cured? It seems the Pelvix floor muscle spasms have joined up with the Levator Ani muscle

HELP RE POSSIBLE PUDENDAL NEURALGIA
My symptoms come and go in intensity - I originally had
cystitis
7 years ago which developed into what I thought was interstitial
cystitis
. This became chronic but it was also accompanied by clitoral pain and sensitivity which I still have and which I now discover could be connected to PN.

Health Professionals need more training in managing chronic pelvic pain and chronic pain in general.
In fact a care pathway would be great incorporating pudendal neuralgia, pelvic nerve problems and other pelvic conditions that are not recognised like interstitial
cystitis
, pelvic floor dysfunction, myofascial pain, pelvic congestion etc.

Irritable Bladder
I've always suffered with 'frequency' but at the moment it feels almost like
cystitis
(which I've had before) and the constant need to wee is draining (adding to the usual fatigue).

Pelvic Floor PT: The Truth about Biofeedback and E-stim
This is a great blog post by Liz Rummer, a wonderful pelvic pain PT at the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center in San Francisco: Many PTs use either biofeedback or e-stim as part of their protocol for treating pelvic pain. Indeed, a google search of either term will bring up a slew of pelvic

Painful Feet
does anyone else have really painful feet, you feel they should be really swollen as that is what it feels like. A horrible burning sensation when you put them to the ground. Even sitting down with your feet up they hurt like hell. Am I alone with this pain?
