I've been on MTX for 5 months now 15mg tablet form once a week and 5 mg daily of Prednisolone. I've noticed that I'm getting cystitis like symptoms on a couple of occasions but then it wears off. I'm not doing anything to get cystitis if you get my drift and just wondered if anyone has encountered anything similar whilst taking MTX or steroids and what to do about it??

Hi just read your question, all i can suggest is talk to your GP I am new to MTX, I have different symptoms the next day, but my paperwork I have on MTX does suggest you look out for pain or burning when urinating,, vaginal inflammation or ulcers, Hope that Helps
