DA-EPOCH-R treatments
I was diagnosed with diffuse large cell B lymphoma in Sept. immediately hospitalized for DA-EPOCH-R 24 hour treatments. A real shock to me as I envisioned a day in the infusion center every 3 weeks. Made it thru 2 sessions and headed back next week for another week tethered to my chemo pole 😊. Anyone

Molybdenum
Hi, I was recently diagnosed as extremely deficient in B12, extremely high MMA and homecysteine. Mantle Cell Lymphoma
My husband just got the flow cytometry today. One of the markers CD23 is negative. I met the doctor and he diagnosed my husband with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Although still need Fish test to confirm but he seems certain. As MCL explains why it is so sudden and the spleen is big. What a difficult path a

Vecabrutinib clinical trial?
Does anyone have any experience on the vecabrutinib clinical trial from a company called sunesis? I believe it is being developed for those who are or have become resistant to ibrutinib for cll and other B cell cancers.

Putting things in perspective
So it’s been almost 4 years since I was diagnosed with aggressive G9 PCa. Surgery, adjuvant RT and ADT, then more RT after recurrence in a handful of pelvic LNs. Been on ADT and Zytiga for 11 months to hopefully cleanup anything that may remain. PSA has been undetectable since the treatment for recurrence

Clinical Utility of Chromosomal Microarray in Richter's Transformation
Chromosomal microarray (CMA) is clever, very sensitive technology which looks for extra (duplicated) or missing (deleted) chromosomal segments, sometimes called copy number variants (CNVs) - see illustration. These include: microdeletions and microduplications of chromosome segments, which are too

Accelerated Dental Decay
Any info on accelerated dental decay following CLL, lymphoma and/or chemo (RCHOP, intrathecal methraxoate)? Is this likely to be an effect of the cancer; a direct effect of the chemo; a side effect or the result of a compromised immune system?

Bone Marrow at 65% after 6 months Imbruvica and ^ months of Gazyva
My question is centered on expectations and bone marrow results. What is the expected bone marrow cellularity after 8 months of Imbruvica and 6 months of Gazyva infusions? My bone bone marrow cellularity before initial treatment were at 95% and after now are at 65%. I was hoping for more of a obliteration

Decision time for Multiple Myeloma
I have been fighting PC for 23 years and six months ago I was told I had MM. Had treatments for MM and was told that I had an excellent response was a perfect candidate for Stem Cell Transplant even though I was 78 years old and have comorbidities. After going through what seemed like a thousand tests

Experience with Clinical Trial
I am about 2 months into a trial starting with debulking with bitimustin and immunotherapy, followed eventually by Venetoclax for about a year. I had several internal lymph nodes that were quite enlarged. I had a CT scan a few days ago and the good news is the scan showed no more enlarged nodes. However

California wildfires and stress/- update
I live in Northern California and have been enduring power blackouts for weeks. Today we have the 4th blackout in 3 weeks and are being told the blackouts could go on go another month as there is no rain in the forecast. Thank goodness no fires have started near me and I haven’t had to evacuate!
