I am about 2 months into a trial starting with debulking with bitimustin and immunotherapy, followed eventually by Venetoclax for about a year. I had several internal lymph nodes that were quite enlarged. I had a CT scan a few days ago and the good news is the scan showed no more enlarged nodes. However my blood work showed my Neut# only at 0.3. I expected a higher number since I did the last infusion about 3 weeks ago. The next stage of my treatment (immunotherapy along with the orals) has been delayed a week to give my Neut# time to recover. They will consider Nulasca depending on my blood work next week. Have others had similar experiences?

It's reasonably common for a cycle to be delayed and/or G-CSF injections such as neulasta, neupogen, filgrastim,/zarzio administered when undergoing BR or FCR. Sometimes the full chemoimmunotherapy course can't be completed. In your case, you should still expericence considerable debulking from just a few cycles of BR. Does the trial information you've received cover this eventuality?
