Bit Of An Intro
Went through
cryotherapy
for the prostate stuff, and radiation for the lymph nodes. Later that year, bad headaches sent me to the emergency room where they found the skull lesion had grown. They had to crack me open to get a biopsy, which showed it was, indeed, prostate cancer.

Recurrent prostate cancer with ECE
Am told that
cryotherapy
and brachytherapy are best bets for curative treatment (I hate, hate, hate ADT!) Docs so far say either cryo or brachy is too dangerous because of ECE. Any advice?

Curiouser and Curiouser...
We have done
cryotherapy
, acupuncture, yoga, vitamins, herbs, massage, oils, music and laughter. She can still drive, no cognitive decline and no falls...so maybe we are helping?

Watery Discharge
Hi, Long story short (or shorter) I was getting heavy watery discharge and needed
cryotherapy
to cauterise my cervix due to ectropions, which worked (discharge returned to normal!). Unfortunately 5 months later, it returned....

Cryotherapy?
Has anyone tried and had success with
cryotherapy
? I’m booked in for a 3 minute whole body and 10 minute localised treatment on Monday. I understand it can help reduce inflammation and has other benefits

Proton therapy and seeds, reoccurrence in 10/15
cryotherapy
and lupron, Provenge in 2017, and then rising PSA and now XTandi May 8th. PSA now down .8. Started plant based diet and keto and not sugar. Looking more options before these bullets run out.

New to the forum
My days are literally surrounded by pain meds, heat and
cryotherapy
, bed exercises and walking. It is a far cry from my previous life of walking 10miles a day, extensive travel, working 60 hr weeks and basically, making the most out of life within the remit of my abilities.

Have you had treatment for cervical ectropion?
I had a lap a week ago and at the same time they treated quite a large cervical ectropion with I think
cryotherapy
. I've read some discharge is expected but I'm getting heaps of clear/yellowy sticky/watery (sorry TMI) discharge, heaps more than normal discharge.

PSA rollercoaster
Had
cryotherapy
, 42 sessions of radiation 6 shots of Radium223 for Mets in pelvisand I am currently on Zytiga, Lupron, and Xgeva. At no time has my PSA gone below 3. Recently it jumped to 6 and my oncologist started talking about radiation. Yesterday it was back to 4 so we are staying the course.

Radiation isn't 100% effective
I underwent
cryotherapy
. My psa dropped to .02. Moral of the story is radiation doesn't always get all the cancer

Anyone with similar experience?
He's done
cryotherapy
because it has already spread to the pelvic wall when discovered. Gleason score is 10. Did radiation and hormone therapy for several years till he became resistant. Cancer clogged ureters so stents were added. Left kidney no longer functions. Right kidney has poor function.

Anyone tried cryotherapy?
Ive heard
cryotherapy
can be good for RA patients. Has anyone tried this? If so, I’m curious to hear about the experience. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Confused and frustrated
Bladder worsened age 24, rigid cystoscopy noted 'possible interstitial cystitis', had
cryotherapy
for ectropion at a similar time. Suffered still for a few years but then some improvements in everything aged 26-30, apart from cell removal due to abnormal smear.
