Progesterone too low?

Managed to get my progesterone level checked yesterday straight after transfer and they said its at 56. They said it should be at least 50. This is with one Lubion and 3 cylogest per day. I'm shocked it's not higher and they won't up any more meds 😔 should I push for more or is this a sufficient amount? ❤

Hiya im confused, are you above the threshold at 56. your doctor is only recommend you be above 50 so you are fine or have i missed something? i was on the same amount and i got up to 50 as well x

56 sounds great to me! With one of my transfers mine was only 13 on the day of the transfer with 2xcyglogest a day and one Lubion. Sending lots of baby dust and positive vibes your way and I've got all my fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀🍀🍀🙏🙏🙏😋😋😋xxx

Mine was 52 on the day of my last transfer on utrogestan and one lubion - my consultant said that level was fine but a bit lower than he expected given the amount of progesterone I was on. So he said add another lubion a day. But these results were delivered late and then the delivery company messed up my meds so I didn't get to actually add the extra for a few days post transfer. For some bonkers reason I tested then and there (at 3dpt!) and got a BFP... So based on that, you could ask to up it but sounds like your doctor is happy and I got a super early BFP at a similar level to you and without changing my dose for a few days, so it isn't too low for it to work x

Thanks so much Mrsorange ❤️ you got a bfp 3dpt 😲 wow so early. I might speak to my Dr again. It seems 60 - 90 is the best range online. So confusing isnt itxxx

Yup, but I don't know what I was thinking - I was so upset and being told the results late and that maybe they weren't as high as they could be, then after I missed doses of the meds I just assumed it was all a right off and I thought I'll just test to confirm it - there was no logic there really because it was overwhelming likely to be negative that early. But then it also panicked me more when it was positive as I was out of meds... Anyway none of it made any difference and everything was ok. Even with the extra lubion my levels climbed really quite slowly (and much slower than than on my two previous rounds using cyclogest where I was at >190 early on) but again that didn't seem to do any harm. So all I know is that for me 52 on transfer was ok, then missing doses was also ok and I was worrying unnecessarily (but then that has been my constant state throughout)

I had my progesterone checked at 7 weeks because I’d finished all the pessaries and it was 46. The GP said it was okay. And I didn’t continue with any pessaries - I’m still pregnant at 29 weeks so… I’d say it’s fine but based on my own experience
