We are a adult liver patient support group based at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Whatever kind of liver disease you may have, we are here to support you. Whilst we will endeavour to assist you with any queries relating to liver disease it would be inappropraite for us to comment on liver function blood test as there are too many variables involved to generalise. Your hepatologist is the appropriate person to ask for advice in this instance.

EXI includes a library of physical activity sessions set at the appropriate intensity level, or you can log your own activities in the app. EXI also recommends a wearable health device, such as an Apple Watch, to n order to understand your intensity levels better. EXI tracks your progress, so you can always see how close you are to your goals. If you have been provided with EXI by a healthcare professional, they can also see your progress, so you can discuss when reviewing your condition and treatment.
