Panicking - have I been taking the wrong supplements?
So I just realised I was taking
Coq10
600 mg but the Ubiquinone rather than the Ubiquinol. I could kick myself for this mistake! Does this matter? I am already on Stims and I am now freaking out. Does it matter? What’s the difference?

CoQ10 and blood thinners
Hi everyone I watched a Dr.Sinatra interview and he said
CoQ10
, Carnitine and Omega 3s were great for the heart but I read somewhere that
CoQ10
can interfere with anti coagulants? Anyone taking both?

Hi everyone. I need some advice. We’re having trouble getting to the blastocyst stage at day 5 and were initially recommend to try CoQ-10 for egg quality. I’ve been taking them for months and months but this last round of IVF/ICSI wasn’t much better. I’ve heard some people on here say that if the

Ubiquinone and no ovulation?
Hi lovely ladies! Anyone taking ubiquinone and experienced no ovulation? I just started taking 200mg of Pharma Nord Bio-Quinone Q10 for about a week and whilst my ovulation is usually on day 14, there are no signs of my hormones picking up on clearblue, temperature rising or any other ovulation related

To add anymore supplements or not?
Without naming brands, my husband takes: A men’s multivitamin (see photo for ingredients), 200mg
CoQ10
, 1000mg L-Carnitine. I take: a women’s multivitamin (see photo for ingredients), 400mg methylfolate, 200mg
CoQ10
. I’m wondering if we need to add anything?

HOW MANY MEMBERS HERE TAKE COQ10 WITH APIXABAN DAILY APPROVED BY THEIR DOCTOR OR NOT.
For years I have taken 200-300 mg of
CoQ10
. Since I was diagnosed with AFIB about 8 months ago I have been taking 100 mg daily. The doctors and the pharmacist don't seem to really know for sure if it's OK. My research show not recommended with Warfarin as it may affect the thinning of the blood.

Failed to conceive again
I took 2 months off and since then have been focusing on my diet, organic as much as I can help it, ditched all plastic containers, started
coQ10
as recommended by the book "it starts with the egg", trying not to stress too much... I even tried not moving too much during ovulation.

CoQ10 and platelets! Important info!
🙂 I found here that in human testing
CoQ10
has actually reduced platelet size, aggregation, stabilizes cell membranes and also: “Platelet aggregation plays an important role in the development and progression of numerous cardiovascular diseases (8).
