DHEA and coq10 for men??

Hi ladies.

My husband has had four sperm tests now. All normal except the most recent wasn't quite what we would have liked. What supplements are good for men? He’s always been taking the well men fertility ones. I’ve also read that coq10 and DHEA can help men. Does anyone have any experience with giving these to men?

Hi Joy, my husband and I are in round 2 of IVF and his sperm isn't great. I have been Taking CoQ10 for the past 4 months and the doctor put him on it too this week. Retrieval will be this week, so not sure how much difference it will have made, but I will keep you posted.

Proxeed or Impryl are the best supplements for sperm quality. Expensive but make a big difference xx

My doctor recommends CoQ10 for men, also a multivitamin that includes zinc is really important, and also DHA / Fish oil as well. That's all we have been recommended.
