Hi everyone

I watched a Dr.Sinatra interview and he said CoQ10, Carnitine and Omega 3s were great for the heart but I read somewhere that CoQ10 can interfere with anti coagulants? Anyone taking both?

Have a lot of people on here found CoQ10 beneficial?

As far as I’ve noticed, there seem to be many people taking it.

I have been taking Co10 for nearly 30 years...beneficial....for me personally, yes, it has been...

Yep, CoQ10 and Warfarin for about 10 years. No problems.

I’ve been on Warfarin for 28 years and started CoQ10 around 10 years ago. There is no conflict between these drugs in my case, but I also have no idea if my taking CoQ10 is doing anything for me at all. I carry on because it’s meant to be good, but I can’t confirm if it’s good for me, or just the manufacturer and retailer.

Yes, I take those two along with a host of others!

According to this interactions checker drugs.com/interactions-chec... there is a moderate connection between the two. Note that food counts as moderate, so you see it is in the same league as food. It possibly reduces the INR. WebMD rates it as minor, insignificant as does rxlist and medscape.

Hello,

We actually had a long chat on this about 2 days ago. Most are taking it and find it useful.

Perhaps you can search for CoQ10 top right on this page as I'm not sure how you can go find the past chat I'm talking about.

Have a great day.
