CONTRACEPTION HELP
Hello, Could anyone help me? I’m really debating what to do and would like some advice. I recently gave birth a couple months ago and then I began to start taking the progesterone only pill. My options are limited with contraception due to migraines and an extensive family history of breast cancer.

Gynae suggested Lap, worried it isnt endo, and will waste their time. Would really appreciate advice.
Hey All, I'm so sorry this is long... On Friday I had my first appointment with the Gynaecologist. To give a quick background into my symptoms this is how it has been... Years of pelvic problems, investigated for bowel issues with sigmoidoscopy and CT colonography as I had a bout of rectal bleeding

Is it normal to bleed (get period like symptoms) after stopping with combination pills?
I stopped taking the combination pills 4 days ago. And today I noticed some cramping followed by bleeding. It felt exactly like normal periods I used to have before I started taking birth control over a year ago. I’ve looked it up and read about “withdrawal bleeding.” Is this bleeding normal or should

Nutrition - What do I eat ? Well -You are what you eat !
This question keeps coming up every now and then ! So I decided to come out with this post for reference of all members. Nutrition is a simple subject though we human beings have made it complex... We eat food to live ...but the type of food we eat varies depending upon our traditions, Religion, Culture

When should I opt for a laparoscopy?
I’ve recently received a provisional diagnosis of bladder and bowel endometriosis. Immediately after I went on the pill. This massively helped with general period pain but not much with the endo specific pain. My gynaecologist has said that I should opt for laparoscopy when the standard pain management

Worse every time
I don’t bleed at all due to being out on the
contraceptive
implant
but sometimes have a massive bleed every 3/4 months. The pain is so severe this time! The only reason I haven’t gone to hospital is I seem to find I’m in for a couple of day’s on pain relief and get nowhere further on.

Gastritis stress and a flare up
Hi, I'm pretty new to being diagnosed with endometriosis and am just wondering if anyone has flare ups when they are stressed and anxious? Or are the pains I'm feeling linked to gastritis? I have been poorly with (what I now know is) gastritis for a few weeks and it's made me feel really run down. Work

No period, negative pregnancy test
Hi, just after some advice really. Had the coil removed in dec 2019 to try for a baby (I’m 37). In May this year started with unbearable pains, cramping, excruciating pain during bowel movements. After numerous trips to a&e and my doctor I’m on a “urgent” waiting list to see a gynaecologist as the doctors

Diaphragmatic endo
Hi ladies, I have had a recent trip to the consultant due to some symptoms which I think are a flare up of my endo (previously under control). The consultant thinks it is diaphragmatic endo but this is a different place to where I had the pain before so I'd be interested to hear what others is like and

Combination pill, something wrong?
I have recently started the pill and my doctor said it would be handly to start it on the 1st day of my period which I did, and it has been 15 days now and I have not stopped bleeding. Not sure if that is normal or how long will that last since it's not just light spotting? Kind regards,

Changing from combined to mini pill
Has anybody had experience in changing from the combined pill to the mini pill? I have been on the combined pill for the past 15+ years as treatment both pre & post surgery and now my Dr has suggested the change but I am worried about how this may affect me.

Trying to get a diagnosis
Hi, I’ve had bad periods since I was 10 was put on the pill at 13 and given pain killers but was told by doctors it’s normal. This was after telling them I wear two night time pads as well as a tampon and I still flood. My periods have always been painful that makes me nauseous and doubled over. In
