Onc's visit results
Traveled to Adelaide to visit my Onc on the 9th April. My PSA has been at <.05 since November 2018, and the last test came back the same. Good news, for me, is that my mets (left ilium, right iliac crest, t5, 7th right rib, and both clavicles) are now undetectable. I've been fighting this bastard since

New to the Group, G9, CHEK2c.1100 inherited, suspected but unproven de novo oligometastatic with inconclusive staging work-up
Hi all, Sorry to be here but grateful that you are here to support and inform me. I’ve been reading posts every night for a while. I’m a generally fit and healthy 62 year old guy, was diagnosed in January after 3 months of unfortunately misdirected management on prolonged antibiotics as prostatitis.

Hi🌺 It's a bit of a shameful subject. Sex after radiotherapy and chemo for me is very painful. The dryness of the mucous membranes is extreme. I could not solve it with lubricants. Only me ???? Thank you

Severe nausea after radiotherapy
My radiotherapy treatment for an Oesophagas tumour was completed about 4/5 weeks ago and now I have continual nausea which is seriously affecting my appetite. I have almost reached the point where I can only take nourishment drinks (smoothies). My current antisickness medication doesn’t seem to help

PC treatment with Irreversible Electroporation (IRE): Safety, efficacy and clinical experience in 471 treatments.
I haven't heard of this treatment before but the results look good; see www.urotoday.com (19 April) "The results indicate comparable efficacy of IRE to standard radical prostatectomy in terms of 5-year recurrence rates and better preservation of urogenital function, proving the safety and suitability

Radiation treatment for SCLC
My father has been dx with SCLC in Jan. Already had 3 cycles of carbo + etoposide + tecentriq (immunotherapy) with fairly good response, now his radiation oncology is planning to start radiation treatment on left over lesion along with 3 cycle of above regime. Can anyone tell which radiation therapy

Prostatectomy in June 2018
New to the group. Biopsy in April 2018 showed cancer in prostate, Gleeson score of 8. Radical prostatectomy in June 2018. Post surgery pathology showed positive margins and cancer in lymph node, left groin area. Quarterly PSA tests since surgery remain below 0.02. Doc is suggesting possible radiation

Pain from Stent and Inoperable cancer of the Oesophagus
My brother was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer in August last year at 27 years old. The cancer had spread to his liver so the doctor advised it wouldn’t be possible to operate. He had Chemo and was then scanned, the scan showed the tumour ‘less bulky’ in his oesophagus and they couldn’t see it on his
