Experiences with fast protein digestion
I am getting tired of not having any protein during the day or just fasting all day and I would like to be able to get "cheat days" once in a while. In this quest, I am convinced that there might be ways to digest food and in particular, protein faster 🧀🍕 Has anyone tried anything that you have found

Cyberknife+IMRT combination treatment for High Risk PCa, that has spread to the seminal vesicle.
Has anyone done a cyberknife-imrt combination radiation treatment for prostate cancer? My PCa has spread to the Seminal Vesicle. So, instead of a planned 5 session cyberknife treatment to the prostate only ( when the PCa was thought to be confined to the prostate), my doc is putting me on 3 cyberknife

Xylitol and thrombosis
Interesting information has been in the news lately. I have always been cautious with artificial sweeteners and have avoided them because of their potential impact on heart health. The latest news is on xylitol. I have always heard positive things about xylitol, especially regarding its ability to help

IBS and wind
I have had IBS for years and I am really suffering at the moment not only with the unpredictability of BMs but also terrible bloating and wind. It seems to be worse as soon as I go out shopping or to social events. I wonder if anxiety is partly to blame. I keep a food diary and am really careful

AZP2006 - Update
My husband has Parkinsons - I am always researching as to what is new and what might be helpful besides using the gold standard - Levodopa/Carbidopa for Parkinsons which incidentally was developed in the 1960's. It's high time that there is new research and new drugs available for Parkinsons patients

PSA undetectable
After surgery PSA should be undetectable. What does it mean. Once the lab give 0.03, once 0.04. I guess it s the lab (standard error of the machine), but what is the limit of the lab and when should i consider that THERE IS a PSA. Why is PSA still detectable after surgery should nt it be 0.00 ?

I know this forum is primarily for those with advanced PCA, yet I regularly see posts by those who've only recently discovered the disease and are not in such adavanced stages, being treated only with 1st-generation ADT. Thus, as a nearly 20-year survivor of PCa (first discovered in 2005) and 10-year

Started with 600 mgm bid of Nubeqa, and Orgovyx 120 mgm once a day. I also received radiation to the prostate approx. 6 months

PSA back up after radiation
After 4 .5 weeks of radiation PSA dropped from 6.6 to 3.46 but on 6/3 went up to 5.88. I have MO appt 6/11 and he has previously indicated that docetaxel could be the next step. Following last PSA increase switched from Zytiga to Xtandi. I am guessing that a PET scan is in order and maybe SBRT prior
