Mistake with grommets

As you all know I have been on low dose buprenorphine tablets for one year & I simply cannot believe I have been free of the dreaded RLS for 12 whole months after 40 years of suffering. However, as we have all discussed I am invariably wide awake during 🤨the night & by the afternoons I simply have to

change in eye drops
Newbie here. I’ve been diagnosed with glaucoma in my right eye and high IOP in left since 2022. I’ve been on Monoprost drops in both eyes since ‘22 and they were working fine as far as I know. I’ve had a yearly appointment at the hospital, which is a virtual clinic ie no doctor. My pressures were up

Bladder and vaginal issues.
Having had all the concern over bladder issues, which now seem to have passed, another matter has arisen, diagnosis of sore, itching and pain on urinating led to the prescribing of vegifem which having used twice caused some issue with bleeding. On being unable to contact GP due to weekend and bank

Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate
My foley catheter has become extremly painful lever since I did a round of IMRT back in March. My urologist is reluctant to intervene but the catheter has become so painful that he is considering a TURP so that I can possibly rid myself of the foley. After doing a bit of reasearch I read an article

Inhaler and taste
Hello, I’m currently taking Seretide 50 Evohaler, always with an aero chamber. Despite this, I find a lot of the medicine ends up on my mouth, especially my tongue, and that i end up losing a lot of my taste. Has anyone else had this? I make sure I gargle with water and brush my teeth after taking,

dizziness of visual origin
I have GCA but, so far, no eye problems. 3 weeks ago I had a cataract operation. Ever since I have been having visual disturbances (things seem to shimmer) that upset my balance. They are helped by wearing polaroid sunglasses, but indoors that often makes things so dark that I can't see what I am

Hi, I’m a 19 year old female who has suffered from IBS my whole life, literally since I was a baby. I have EDS, PoTS, Endometriosis, GERD and Gastritis. I had H.pylori from the end of 2017 to April 2019, undiagnosed and untreated for over a year because my gp said that I was ‘attention seeking because

So what has changed?
Never had tinnitus before until my wife was diagnosed with cancer. 6 months on thats all sorted, back to reality. Apart from this infernal ring in my head. Something physiological or psychological must have changed to cause this ringing. The ringing pulses in tune to my heart beat so is it blood pressure

All very strange and scary - adrenals? Allergic reaction?
I posted a while ago about dizzy spells not unlike sea sickness. Last Monday was a very stressful day and Tuesday saw me so dizzy I could not move safely. Bad even lying down. I took 2 extra mg pred and took it very easy. By Wednesday could move about but with poor balance. Friday night I woke after

DIGOXIN
Any thoughts on the drug Digoxin please. Currently my drug regime is not controlling my rates, resting rate should be 60 as set by my pacemaker but for the past 6 days it has been erratic, also finding that the diuretic I take is not dealing efficiently with my fluid overload. Due to see cardiac specialist

Howdy all, me again.Had a telephone appt with my EP following April's cardioversion. All has been well, touch wood, but still waiting for my valve repair op, so the EP is going to chat to the surgeon (I've left messages on his secretary's voicemail but she hasn't got back to me). Meantime, he has advised

Update and Double Vision Query
Hi Thanks for all the replies I have received. My update: I had a trabulectomy revision on my right eye in May 2024. Eye sight has been restored in my right eye - however the right eye lid was always droopy but is now worse and if I try to open the eyelid up I get double vision or ghost vision
