Hello,I've had rheumatoid arthritis 28 years been on different drugs over years ,I have been methotrexate 25mg weekly for years folic acid I've been on rituximab every 6 months first course then 2 weeks later 2nd course for 4 year ,I'm starting to feel very weak I'm normally won't let it beat me ,I feel very out of breath and so weak I don't like to bother consultant or specialist nurse I'm seeing them next month, but do yous feel very weak.xx

yes this is me at the moment.I’m waiting to start a new drug . You really should talk to someone about breathlessness as RA is a systematic disease and can effect heart and lungs

Hello ,I do get my lungs checked mybe once a year ,the weakness is like my arms as like lead weight and legs feel as they given way,I've also been having the flash coloured lights been told that's a migraine without headache twice this week that has happened with poor vision.i hate being like this think rheumatoid arthritis catching me up now.thankyou for listening .xx

It’s so hard to know what’s what . I’m not diagnosing but could it be fibromyalgia the weakness and migraines are symptom just a thought xx

Speak to someone as it could be your heart. I am not say it is, but get it checked out to be on the safe side darling. xxxx

I think I will ring my gp see if I can pop along to triage nurse and have a chat before I ring Freeman's. Thank you soo much 💓 my be a few days off work and chill.x

I think you need to talk to your rheumatologist nurse or email the consultant’s secretary. RA ca affect your lungs.

I am in hospital at the moment (week 6 so far) with breathing issues which rheumatology and and my lung consultant are discussing who’s ‘fault’ it is!

Please ring your GP and get your heart checked, it sounds like you have poor oxygen satuation.Then get an appointment with rheaumtology

I have been on Rtx infusions for 6 year;& have had no negative symptoms.

If I were you I,I’d give your rheumy nurse a call to get some advice.

Might be an idea to get your lung function checked out: was on methotrexate for many years before they checked my lung function and found I have interstitial lung disease/pulmonary fibrosis, which can be caused by RA and methotrexate. Breathlessness can be a symptom. Have now been taken off methotrexate.

please get checked out you need to know as anxiety about it will make you feel worse, good luck 🤞
