We need to protect ourselves from falling at all cost. What are your best ideas to share with everyone?🤸♂️
This makes my 7th
concussion
, not all MS related. I hope everyone else realizes that if you also experience Falls, you cannot afford to keep going boom! Hey I know for one, I do not bounce like I used to! Haha!

Put a time lapse on TBI
Having made the links to my TBI and day to day functioning now made the trip to my GP.referral was sent to neurospecialists only to be told that I don't meet ACC
concussion

Intermittent "migraine" in back of head for months following car accident
Only evidence of a
concussion
and whip lash. Released. Next AM couldn't move head off pillow and severe headache in back of head. Was told to go to
concussion
center. After months of therapy, headaches still would come and go at the same location.

Leaving Headway
I aced the neurologist exam so I can safely say that the cause of my issues were
concussion
, on top of stress, depression and overthinking.

My son and other’s good intentions
Last weekend he suffered a pretty serious
concussion
. He missed almost a full week of school. I know people mean well but one family member is putting the pressure on me to get him back to school and get on top of his grades. Now my anxiety is up and I have been crying.

Unwell....again 😞
🙂 I’ve been told by the doctor I can’t go back to work, I fell and hit my head on Monday and I’ve had
concussion
ever since 😞 feel really sick and low in energy 😞 they’ve booked me in for an ECG and bloods to see what caused me to fall.

Advice please on next stage of treatment
So in summary - on going post
concussion
symptoms, debilitating headaches and fatigue, seriously considering he should be giving up trying to work. In your experience which of the neuro specialists should he be asking his GP to refer him to?

Back to work after week off to concussion
Hello all! I hope you’re all doing well and are having a happy Anxiety free day! Back to work this evening after a week off. Still feeling a little bit touch and go, got the unsteadiness on my feet but I’m hoping I’ll get through work no problems. Boiler broke....again! So have no hot water for a week

Hi I’m new here
My doctor says I have Post
Concussion
Syndrome. Some family and friends seem to think that now the bruising has just about gone from all over my body that I should be ok but I am very far from ok.

Scared about brain damage
I had balance and cognitive symptoms a few days later, struggled at work, became convinced it was
concussion
and sank into depression. My GP assessed me a few days after the incident, as did the hospital. They thought
concussion
was highly unlikely.

Scared i've had (another) concussion
I believe its another
concussion
because I'm more TBI prone now and my mental health has really plummetted as a result. My GP has stated on multiple occasions there was no injury mechanism and that it is my anxiety and depression.

Any medication/symptom advice?
Hi all, I had an head injury over a year ago (head first down 15 stone stairs) not the best end to a party 😂 Anyway fortunately I didn’t do any damage but I was diagnosed with Post
Concussion
Syndrome.

Low Testosterone or Depression
This is worrying because following a nasty thai boxing sparring session in 2015 and
concussion
, I had extensive 9am fasted blood panels including GH at 0.1mcg/l (all doctors have basically ignored/refused to follow this up). I've had symptoms that overlap with low GH since late 2016.

post concussion syndrome
It's called post
concussion
syndrome. People don't understand when I explain this. They think I can get myself together...they don't understand that this is something different. Looking for others who might be experiencing this too. Looking for answers as to how I can get above this.

Post concussion 1 year later
Hi everyone, hope you are all having a lovely xmas. Does anyone on here suffer from PCS? I am 1 year into recovery from TBI, and have suffered with PCS since. Out of nowhere last week it suddenly got worse and headaches, nausea, dizziness etc suddenly came back with a vengeance! Has anyone else experienced

Post Concussion Syndrome
I had never heard of Post

Post Concussion Syndrome following RTA
The
concussion
was missed when i got taken into A&E initially, they just told me i had muscle damage. The following morning i started vomitting, back to A&E who confirmed i didn't need to hit my head to get
concussion
, it was the thrusting motion causing my brain to bash against my skull.

Just Saying Hello
I had a TBI 1981 and had delayed
concussion
and short term amnesia, I thought I had recovered from it but did notice I couldn't read books afterwards as my concentration was poor. About 10 years later I was suddenly was hit with chronic fatigue, and became a total mess.

Concussion symptoms for 3 years
I was sent to the ER and was diagnosed with a
concussion
. However, I did not tell the doctor that I had been playing through a
concussion
. I really wish I told him but all that was on my mind was getting back on the soccer field.
