Doing ok, o ignorance is bliss
Hello brothers. In 12 months of ADT vacatión (with no medication) my PSA has risen slowly but steadily, from . 2 to .9. Not sure weather to feel good or worry. Any advice?

Red light therapy
Hi , I’ve read up a lot about red light therapy & have held back but now considering buying one. Just interested to know if any of you have bought one, how you have got on with it, re results, plus if so any recommendations. I know I have seen posts in the past where people have mentioned they use one

I went to the neph doctor for the 1st time...ugh...a couple of questions
She said I have stage 3a chronic kidney disease...The only thing she based it off of was egfr...I am not sure if other things need to be considered? She is sending me for a ultrasound and said to come back in 6 months and didnt seem very informative or concerned...Is this normal? How often would

Short of breath
On Orgovyx, Nubeqa and Megace for last three months. Completing 27 of 27 fractions of radiation tomorrow. I am short of breath most of the time. A walk up a flight of stairs leaves me gasping. I continue to workout including running (slower and shorter since radiation started), hiking and weights

surgical menopause
hi! What are your thoughts on including progesterone in your hrt regime if you are in surgical menopause and previously had severe endo? My hysterectomy included endo excision by an endo specialist. Is it necessary?

Constipation caused by pelvic floor dysfunction
I have been diagnosed with obstructive defecation syndrome (pelvic floor dysfunction) from a proctogram - I’ve been given physiotherapy and it hasn’t worked. I’ve asked to be referred for biofeedback and my doctor says they won’t do anything else. Does anyone have any advice? It’s severely impacting

I have been on Hrt for 6 years but drs found a brain tumour last year...it was removed but I have to stop my hrt as the tumour could come back as it feeds on estrogen. How long would it take HRT to worsen RLS?
Having had very mild RLS for a number of years it worsened dramatically in Feb 2020. In Jun this year I increased by HRT and am experiencing an escalation in my RLS symptoms and so now I’m wondering if my starting it in May 2019 could’ve been the original trigger for them worsening - is it possible

Anyone with PSP-PAGF
I am from India and new to this association. My husband age 69 was diagnosed (mis?) as Parkinson's patient in 2019. He was having speech issues and slow movements Last month, he started freezing and can only walk with baby steps. Consulted a movement disorder specialist who diagnosed it as PSP-PAGF.

MRIdian/ViewRay compared to Ethos/Varian
I'm looking at 20 IMRT treatments from one of the above delivery mechanisms. Based on my limited understanding, MRIdian will track the position of the prostate in real time and stop the radiation if any movement of the prostate occurs. The Ethos benefit appears to be the ability of doctors to create

Hello My brother Chris had a severe brain injury 5 months ago. He’s currently in rehab (NHS) where he’s been for 2 months as it took time to get a suitable rehab placement. Chris’ injury was on the left side of his head. Initially, he couldn’t move his right arm but quickly got mobility and some

HER2 and ER positive breast cancer
I tripped over in the garden and fractured 2 ribs; while in hospital scans showed lesions; was referred to breast clinic and the cancer was found. I was originally scheduled for a lumpectomy but they found the HER2 & ER positive, so now chemo and targeted therapy followed by surgery and radiotherapy.

If immediately stopping after two years taking Orgovyx how long before testosterone begins to rise?
I’ve heard that testosterone returns quicker if using Orgovyx compared to Lupron. But I also heard that the longer on any ADT the longer the recovery. Or maybe testosterone never recovers? What do you guys think question

Just had Psma-pet scan... Confused
My initial Axium pet scan nearly 2 years ago showed "innumerable" mets throughout musculoskeletal system, from head to knees... Understandably, my PSA at the time was 480. After 1 year on ADT and 8 months of Xtandi another Axium showed mets in calvarial region (skull), neck and clavicle no longer present
