Claustrophobia at its finest
I think what made it so much worse was the
claustrophobia
and being crowded all day long. Working over in back to school sucks so much. Just a reminder of how bad school was for me for so many different reasons.

MRI of the brain.
I have
claustrophobia
. The doctor said they can sedate me. I am so scared! Has anyone had this...my question is do they put your whole body in for an MRI? . Thanks so much

Down and out
I’m sitting here getting
claustrophobia
thinking about it. Also my elevator is out in my building today - out of ALL DAYS AND I LIVE ON THE 5th FLOOR. I had to go downstairs and coming back up damn near died. I’m just sitting here like how am I going to do this for a month. Like there’s no way.

Sleep-related laryngospasm - advice please
Finally, I went down with exhaustion, flu, pneumonia, laryngospasm and (with the additional problem that my boss then decided I was of no use and began her campaign of bullying) I began to have mental health issues (two distinct mental breakdowns) with phobias (agoraphobia and
claustrophobia
).

Drug related anxiety
I've worked really hard and I only have two triggers: narcotic medication, and
claustrophobia
. They're BOTH involved in this PLUS the actual physical effects of exposure. I get a burning sensation at the back of my neck and feel dizzy and like someone put earmuffs over my ears.

Travelling with PSP
But there was a new problem - kind of cross between
claustrophobia
and panic attack- For the cold of the country we were given a thick doona (quilt?) This is something we are not used to and first night Ch awoke very confused and panicking ("Why are we here?") next day okay.

BAD day with anxiety problems combined with unsafe living conditions
This is complicated by the fact that I work full time and have
claustrophobia
which limits my commute options where the subway is underground and I am also phobic with cars. My new therapist is off this week and I haven't found a psychiatrist yet.

Current symptoms I'm struggling to label...
I feel a strong sense of
claustrophobia
and cabin fever when I experience this, no matter where I am, even outside... possibly like I'm trapped in my own body. Yet it's also being bothered by every detail colour, colour, texture, dimension, concept etc. and how they work together.

While CPAP can be effective, there are serious drawbacks to the device, such as low compliance rates among users, along with risks for nosebleeds, stomach discomfort, and

Which part of Acceptance don't you understand?
Acceptance brings an end to visual disturbances, agrophobia and
claustrophobia
. Acceptance frees you from palpitations, churning stomach and feeling dizzy. Acceptance releases you from nausea and pains in the heart and lower abdomen even though medical tests show there's nothing wrong.

Full of despair
Plus given fluoxetine as I'm so low, keep crying, can't bare crowds of people or metro trains (

I have
claustrophobia
and I'm worried that I won't be able to go through with the scan, which will be in one of those whole body 'cases'.
