Hi everybody, Looking for some advice if possible please. My Father restarted his third round of hormone blockade ON 22.11.18 (Firmagon and Zytiga) He used Casodex on his first round with Firmagon. Second round was Firmagon and Zytiga only. His starting PSA when diagnosed was 433 in February 2014.

How many of you would pay $2200 for a 3 month supply of Zytiga?
Hi everyone....this is my 2nd post. Diagnosed with pca in September of 2018. Gleason 8 psa was very high. My MO started me on Lupron and Casodex in Oct. 2018. Psa taken on 1/18/19 now (2.0). I am tolerating this combo very well. My ONC wants to switch to Zytiga. Not sure how I will tolerate this combo

Advice on Next Steps
Hi all - would welcome advice on next steps. 49 y/o Diagnosed with prostate cancer in July with uptake on lymph nodes and 3 bone lesions smaller than 2cm on each hip and on t3 and PSA of 4. Should I do more?
PSA decreased from 1.4 to .355 in one month after going back on ADT after five month holiday . This time trelstar only; stopped casodex and dutasteride. Had sbrt to two bone nets. So I’m still castrate sensitive (T = 9.0) after 4 1/2 years of IADT and SRT to mets discovered on each holiday in 2015,

Currently Xtandi Monotherapy, have had only Taxotere, no other therapy of any type. G9 2005. PSA rising now. Considering ADT 1/2 dose.
Diagnosed 2005 Kaiser and Stanford said G9. Bostwick and UCSF said 4 plus 3 G7. All on same biopsy No biopsy since Elected to do no therapy. Watched PSA climb from 5 at diagnoses to 70 in 2nd quarter 2017. Annual scans always clean except at prostate. MRI’s, Bone, and Pet 18 Fdg. 4th

Diagnosed on 10/24/2018 with stage 4 prostate cancer with metastatic spread to bones. Started on Casodex and Lupron 11/01/2018. Began Taxotere with Prednisone 11/21/2018. Began Docetaxel, Leuprolide, Prednisone on 11/28/2018. I have stacks of paper with results from testing and have only just begun

Looks great, but think Xtandi is coming to an end.
Really struggling, teary, worried about my husband. Diagnosed 1 year 3 months ago. PSA 556 and mestastasis to bones, bone marrow, lymph nodes throughout. 3 week hospitalization and started docetaxel then. Did 10 rounds. Still on Lupron. After chemo two months before PSA rising and he was put on Xtandi

Hormone therapy with the lutamides and keepin your testosterone intact
We have plenty of them now. Flutamide, nylutamide, bicalutamidee, ensulutamide, ampulutamide, darolutamide. Are there any more? There are also adjuncts to these. RP 2/17 in NYC - PSA after that was detectable, so off to Sloan - thank god they are close. GS - 9 ( regional ) All scans clean Started salvage radiation treatment - 5/2017

Diagnosed with stage 4 PC about 3 years ago. Bone mets and one lymph node. PSA 81 Gleason 7. Began Lupron/Xgeva treatment. After a year, Mets undetectable and PSA ~2. Added Casodex and PSA quickly dropped to .05. At 2 years PSA started doubling every 3 months. Also developed ONJ due to prolonged Xgeva
